Preamble Craft Cocktail Lounge

Just wanted to add that we recently had our private holiday party and it was beautifully decorated with a private staff just for us. Food from the menu was great and our business associates expressed how amazing the drinks were. Also, every Tuesday, Amexican Steak is there grilling up proteins on the spot! Keep up the good work!

There really wasn't anything to rave about with this place. We arrived in a rather desolate shopping center where the lounge was and saw one of the employees chilling out front smoking a cigarette. She followed us in and introduced herself as our waitress.The place had a dimmed light atmosphere but not in the fancy restaurant kind of way. It was more of a dead-until-the-midnight-party kind of vibe. The music wasn't loud while we were there which was nice. The service was one of the worst I've had when it comes to skill and the water came from a help-yourself-jug on the bar (odd). The food was okay but all of the meals didn't come out of the kitchen together. I'm not sure if the was server error or normal practice. It's definitely not a place I'll go back to. I'd probably vote to not go there if my friends bring it up.

Probably not going back. Other people have touched on the reasons. There are many other places in the area that I am treated with respect.

After being here for over 15 minutes without even a semblance of a greeting, my partner and I waited patiently as other tables were served. The servers here walked by us multiple times without even an acknowledgment. I cannot judge the quality of the drinks; however, I can judge the service of the staff and quality of the bathrooms which is far less than adequate on both perspectives. They will choose who they think is worth serving and leave the others to sit with no service and no drinks. Very odd for a place that *respects* its veterans and service workers. If you are looking to be served with fast drinks and quick service this place is not for you.

Old fashioned is fantastic. Kali is da bomb. Make sure she is the one that makes your drinks!

The drinks were good. The service was spot on and the place had a great atmosphere. The live music was not too loud. There was food being sold outside which was good. A tad on the pricey side though. Apparently, it's an arrangement they have as the place doesn't sell food every day.

First and last time I will ever visit this place. Sign outside said "closed for private event will re-open at 6:30" , walked inside at 6:35 to have a seat at the bar when we were told we had to leave because they had to clean up from private event that ran too long. The only mess we saw was a few empty glasses on a couple of tables. Told waitress we were not going to wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes to an hour, we would just leave and not come back. She didn't seem to care.

Great ambiance. Horrible service, horrible drinks. Waitresses don't want to be here, they have attitudes. Nice premise and idea, but poorly ran and managed.

If you'd asked me a couple of years ago, I'd give them a bad review but I stopped going because it had really gone downhill since it first opened. I read it was under new ownership so gave it a try. Good cocktails, good happy hour, good prices, good service. Nice ambience, live music. My only negative is employees behind the bar on their phones. It didn't hinder the service and the bartenders were pleasant. It's just not a good look when there are customers.

I would go back if they were offering free drinks. No service, no hosptality, and boring! Was there like 15 minutes and not 1 of the bar tenders asked us a drink an order...good reviews my butt! Maybe from a couple regulars . Our first time and last time to visit this place.
