Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Just called to get a status of an order and was speaking to a lady to get clarification about an order and she just hung up on me.

Drive thru was busy so I went inside to order, I finally got my sandwich and it was good. My problem is the food preparation area looked dirty and the employees did not seem to care about me as a customer. Do not think I will go back since there are other sandwich shops in the area,

Food is good but service is terrible. I ordered a Turkey and ham sandwich. They asked me if it's okay for them to charge extra. I said Yes. I waited for 20 minutes and asked if my sandwich was ready. They said they did not make it and asked me to reorder again.

The bread was crisp and crusty... It reminded me of New Orleans French bread. The sandwich was tasty, but it did not have any meet on the last inch and 1/2. Disappointing. The cheddar and brocolli soup was mostly liquid, the water machine was inoperable and it was hard to find a clean table. The young lady that helped me was pleasant and helpful. This place sone good things about it, yet the bad parts are disturbing.

The girl working the drive thru on 5/28 during lunch time apparently doesn't know how to take orders. Asked for mustard. She says "mayo?" I say no, mustard. She says "ok mustard." Proceeds to give me a sandwich with mayo.

First time eating here. The place was a mess--tables and floor dirty, food prep area dirty. Service was mixed...one gal was friendly, others not so much. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by wanting to order food. The food itself was just OK. I doubt I'll be back.

If there is a zero, I will definitely give it a zero. On 10/14/23, I ordered two sandwiches from online apps around 1:35 pm and selected pick up through drive through and it instructed me to pick it up around 1:47pm. I entered the drive through around 1:45 and it took me 10-15 minutes to the pick up window. The staff member said you cannot pick up online order from here and that is what his manager told him and I have to go to the store to pick up!So after entering the store, I asked the manager why I was required to pick up store and I am ready to pick up my food. However, what really surprised me is what the manager's behavior and attitude. He was very rude and yell at me that "I had a big catering so if you want your food, just stop talking to me and let me prepare your food"! No apology for the delay and inconvenience but only rudeness.what is more amazing is that I waited another 20 minutes and finally got the sandwiches. And during the entire process, anyone entered the store getting their food before me. My food was prepared 20 minutes after I was told by the manager that he was to prepare my food. Totally a lie!In addition: the food was not well prepared. Missing quite a few toppings and no napkins were included in the bag.Overall it took me round 35-40 minutes to get 2 sandwiches since I entered the drive line and 45-50 minutes from when i orders. I thought the online ordering was to provide convenient and expedited service! But what I got a long wait and rude service from the manager and any other staff member!I will never go back to this store and even any potbelly store although I have been a long customer when I lived in many different states. I am not sure whether it is worth to be a customer for being treated poorly with very unbelievable service and food quality.

1st thing - Potbelly's food is really good I have never had a problem with the taste. THE SERVICE is So bad! I Can NEVER get the correct sandwich I order! I order a Chicken Cheddar with extra Mayo...What comes out is Chicken Cheddar with extra Mustard. Another day I ordered Chicken Cheddar...what comes out is a chicken Salad sandwich. Shaking my head So I try again in another month to give another chance... ordered A Turkey sandwich...the Order that came out was Turkey sandwich with bacon, Jalapeños and extra Mustard. Really!?? Owners/Managers...please please work with your employees. Greatly appreciate it.

I've had several sandwiches from here; underwhelming to say the least. This isn't a review of the service, as much as the chain. There are better options.

I've never had a problem here, until today. Unfortunately it involves a food allergy. My sandwich contained some mayo, when I didn't order that because I am allergic. When I reported it to get a redo the employee argued that it didn't have mayo, and finally admitted it could have come from their glove. I'm not sure why I just couldn't have been believed at face value. I wasn't looking for freebies. Just a sandwich that wouldn't make my sick for days. I come here often and I hate to write this, but be sure to check your food .
