Good sandwiches at this vintage park location. The service is always steady and professional. Good clean restaurant. Definitely a regular customer whenever I'm in the mood for a sandwich.

I love Potbelly sandwiches and we come to this location often. I will continue to come back. The staff is not the friendliest and the men's bathroom has been out of order for at least a month and a half. Not to mention the air conditioning is not terribly great. It's also quite loud.

The food is the same as every potbelly. Service was ok. My food was ready in time, which is a plus, but I seemed to be a slight annoyance to the employee who actually acknowledged me. Restaurant was nice and clean.

I've eaten here a handful of times. It's just an alternative to other sandwich shops. Nothing special about main courses but I will say AVOID the chicken salad sandwich. If that's the IMPROVED recipe, I can only be happy that I didn't waste money trying the old recipe. That thing was so awful, I threw the other half in the trash!!!!The wreck is a good sandwich esp if you add hot peppers.The shakes and cookies are really good as well. Now next time I venture in, ima order the uptown salad another helper commented on....hope it doesn't disappoint!

Best sandwich I've had in a very long time. Potbelly has left me spoiled. I won't be able to visit their competitors. I got the Italian on flatbread with Mayo, hot peppers and Italian seasonings. Putting the sandwiches under the broiler makes them hot and toasty. The cheese was melty and gooey and delicious. If the Italian meats wasn't enough, the hot peppers gave it a good kick. It was a really tasty sandwich. My only complaint is that I ate it too fast and now I want another one. Cute little place. Great ambiance and the music was a nice touch. Made it welcome and warm.I've this place!

We love Potbelly sandwiches and their chile! The food is very tasty and you get a lot for your money. We like to eat in at Potbelly because the service is always great with smiling faces behind the counter. Today we ordered sandwiches to be delivered but the Doordash delivery person delivered it to the wrong house. I called Potbelly and spoke to Holly, who had our sandwiches remade and we picked them up. She was very courteous and apologized for the mishap and inconvenience. I now have a store credit and will look forward to another great sandwich in the future. Thank you, Holly!

I tried ordering the "BOGO" deal at Potbellys online, but when I checked out, it charged my card for both sandwiches. I went to the counter and spoke with a young man named Jerimiah. He was so helpful and attentive. Although I did not receive my free sandwich, Jeremiah was kind enough to give us a free sandwich coupon on our next visit. It is very important to be heard as a customer, and I felt this guy did an exceptional job. Thanks to him we will return to Potbellys.

I had the worst #potbelly experience today June16,24 about 8:50 am. The cashier did my with the same she was using. She got upset because I politely pointed it out and asked her for a new one.
