Potbelly Sandwich ShopEasily seen, right off feeder on 290 at Fry Rd in Cypress. The shop had a beautiful pot belly stove in the inside dining area. There was a small patio area also available. It was a Cubano kinda day! French bread roll with pulled pork, smoked ham and melted Swiss, lightly toasted and warm, with brown mustard and a crunchy pickle. Yum! I had ordered the skinny sandwich combo with broccoli cheese soup but it didn't make it into the bag. Bummer! (They did say they would credit my card so I didn't have to back) MrM had the Wreck. Turkey breast, hickory smoked ham, angus roast beef, salami and melted Swiss. Said it was an interesting combination. We HAD to try the Orange Dream shake (childhood favorite) as well as the Cold Brew shake (adulthood favorite). Both were great! Creamy vanilla soft ice cream shakes, easy to drink and delicious!They are open until 10p, so it good for a late night snack.

I've had 3 or 4 different types of sandwiches from this location and sadly they all disappoint! The only halfway good one was the BLTA. I added mayo & extra tomatoes. But there was hardly any bacon! That's literally the star of the sandwich and they put it on there like it was an add-on topping. I've tried the Pizza Melt - decent but just not that great and I ate part of it in the car just to taste it right out the store. I did order online and proceeded immediately to pick it up but idk when it was made. Also had the new pastrami sandwich last month! The fact it's not even on their website anymore should tell you everything I thought about that sandwich, other ppl must have as well'!Now those sugar cookies NEVER disappoint! EVER!

Asked for AVO Turkey and this is what I received. Clearly they do not know how to make a basic sandwich that is on their menu.

We decided to go by the drive thru and get some sandwiches and salads for dinner. The drive thru service was quick and efficient. We ordered the two of the pick your pair (Sandwich + Salad). One order was the A Wreck and an Apple Walnut Salad. The other order was an Avo Turkey and a Farmhouse Salad. For dessert we had some of their delicious Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies. Marquice was great. The best service and simple cost effective dinner we've have in a few years.

I love potbelly but my experience tonight was awful. The young man who attended us had a pony tail and beard and was in such a bad mood, it almost seemed as if we were bothering him. When we asked for our toppings he seemed completely annoyed. As we walked out, as a kind gesture we told him "Thank you" (even my toddler said thank you as well) and he completely looked at us dead in the eye and didn't say a word back. This location definitely lost a great customer and I will be letting my community at BHR and surrounding areas how rude the staff is. We walked in 1 hour before they closed, so I know this wasn't an closing issue. PLEASE DO BETTER AT WHO YOU HIRE POTBELLY!

All of your pictures have full sandwiches and when you actually order and get your food they are empty and flat.

OMG! Why has no one ever told me about this place. I was looking for something to eat while working in Houston. I wandered into Potbelly to check out.I was looking for a club sandwich but the menu only displayed a chicken club. When asked they told me they have a sandwich called the Clubby (secret menu). I had to order one since it fit my craving. I ordered the regular size. The sandwich was loaded with ham, turkey, bacon and provolone cheese. Then they toast it. I chose mayonnaise (on the bread not in between the meats), lettuce, tomatoes and their diced pepper medley. Unbelievable! This is almost the best sandwich I have ever tasted. I am from Philadelphia so a good Philly Cheese Steak will always be number one (one with real cheese not that cheese whiz crap). Again...why has no one told me about this place? Oh yeah Google their secret menu for more yummy surprises!

Amazing food, polite employees, great drinks! All around it's a great environment to be in, my favorite thing to get is the chicken club sandwich and the cookies, milkshakes aren't my favorite but my family said there amazing! I would 100% recommend trying this spot out it's deliciou!
