Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We had the worst experience ever at this Popeyes yesterday around 7 pm. Ordered takeout and when we got home, we found the chicken so overcooked and dried out that it couldn't be eaten. We probably got left overs from the earlier rush which can blamed on poor management.

Customer service suck!an old spanish guy won't give me my order unless I provide him the name of the order.Here is the scenario... Me and my niece ordered thru the app. one for her one for me. she sent me the email confirmation of her order so that I can ahow it to the staff.As I was picking up both orders. Usually in other branches, you kust give them the name of the person in the order. But this moron old guy asked for the phones. I told him rhe other phone was at home because we used 2 phone to use in the app and he said he cannot give me my other order. I tried explaining to him but he won't listen (or is he just plain stupid). He made my blood boil, and my voice kept louder so he will listen. Didn't bother what the other customers will say coz those orders were already paid and he won't hive the order.He asked me if I can see my order in their screen and I told him it's there with the name on it and still won't give me my other order.This is so frustrating. Manager should check on this and get that person out coz he is bad for business.

Came in on Sunday, 1/6/19 and ordered a 9 piece mixed special with 2 large sides and 4 biscuits for $19.99, a chicken sandwich and the 3 redstick chicken strips. I had my dog in lap and didn't check my order prior to leaving (as I normally would). Once I got home the chicken was old and obviously sitting out for longer than it should. I called back to see if I can get fresh chicken and the General Manager tried to tell me that I should have asked for fresh chicken. Needless to say by this point I was Livid and still hungry. I drove back up and she still tries to convince me that the chicken was fresh and was only out for 30 minutes. She was not apologetic and did not even offer a drink while I waited. This is unacceptable as quality customer service was not present on this day. While waiting a customer in the drive through came in to ask for her food as she was waiting for ten minutes for a chicken sandwich. Do better Popeyes on 2920 and Kuykendahl!

They fail to put the sauce in the bag! Sweet heat is the REASON I go there. If I ask for sauce, it should be in the bag when I get home.

Fix your staff and the hours on MAPS please! Very misleading to show 11pm as closing time when it's 10pm! Staff is also very rude and do not have good customer service skills AT ALL!

Food is always fresh, and Popeyes is Popeyes.I wish they would bring back the dirty rice.The beignets are fantastic.

Terrible, terrible, old chicken. Ordered a 10 piece with family side only to get home and be disappointed. The chicken was NOT fresh. Actually, it was far from it. I admit, we did call the manager back and he offered to replace the chicken if we would come back up to the restaurant. But after commuting home from work in the traffic, stopping off to grab Popeyes for dinner, and getting home - I just couldn't bring myself to leave again. This is the ONLY reason I gave the resto 2 stars, the willingness to exchange the order. Else - the rating would have been lowest possible. The chicken was horrible.

Paid for my 8pc nuggets (that they recommended) and it never made it to the bag :((((I was asked to pull out of the line, and waited for a while, and then had to get out of my car and check on my food 10 min later.. and they still forgot part of my order

Pretty much on point.. I go there at least once every two weeks... today I paid $50 for a 11 piece bundle with sides/extra sides and I asked for some blackened ranch and they said that - you could only have two... Anymore is an extra charge... Don't mind the extra charge but I figured they could spare another two or three on the house considering I just dropped $50

spanish crew here doesn't know proper customer service, other than them they are okay. Been here for quite some time and drive thru orders are always wrong, have to check them before you leave or else you'll go down your car and go inside. The thing is, when you ask for a receipt it feels like you owe them a paper for printing the receipt.Rude crew. Service suck! Change your people, they are only there to get their paycheck and nothing more. Hire those who knows proper customer service that will love their job serving people.
