Worst Popeyes location, the so call manager said it was my fault that I should have check the bag before I left. He would not give me a refund or give exchange the order

This chicken sandwich is ridiculous. Where is the chicken? I cut off half the bun, and ate it. About 25% of it was just breading. This was my 2nd try at this location, for this sandwich. These use to be cooked to order. Came out hot and fresh. I guess those days are gone.

Let me tell you my bad Popeyes experience tonight and why I won't be back at this location (note: I go every week). The speaker is broken. But they have a special posted (see picture) that we decide to order. After waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes we get to the window. I get to the window to order it. It's a 10 piece, 2 sides and 5 biscuits for 21.99. Me- I want to order the 10 piece special Employee- we don't have a 10 piece special, we have a 9 piece. Me- I'm telling you there is a 10 piece special poster. 10 pieces, 2 sides, 5... Employee (interrupts me)- I'm telling you (negative tone) we don't have that. Me- so you mean to tell me you aren't going to honor what you have posted?Employee- I SAID we don't have that.Me- can you get your manager because how you're talking me is not ok. Employee- walks off to get manager and says "but I don't really care though."So the manager and I talk. He's far more polite but for me the damage is done. His name tag says he's the general manager. He repeats the same thing she does but just with more customer service. He even goes and says he checks the sign and it isn't there. He offers to make the 9Piece order but at this point, knowing I saw the sign and not trusting the employee previously to handle my order, I politely refuse. I go back to the drive through and take a picture of the sign with the 10 piece special. Now mind you the manager says he checked the signs. I go in the lobby, politely wait, and show the manager the picture. Now mind you, my exchange with the manager is fine. He's nice, he's trying the best he can to handle this situation and acknowledges that his employee has been disrespectful to other customers. I show him the picture and he says"oh it's on the skinny board huh." I said "yes, like I told you I wouldn't have known that special had I not seen it posted." He offers to honor it inside but I again politely refuse. Just tell him I wanted him to see so no one else has this issue. The manager, I appreciate. He tried. That employee, awful. To talk to a customer that way (who was right by the way) and then to spout off "I don't even care." Even my 16 year old daughter was like"wow she's rude, I can't imagine being like that with a customer."

Clean the place. Last visit was disgusting. Couldnt find a clean seat. Feet sticking to floor. Drink station was especially disturbing.

Today I bought a chicken combo here through the uber eat app, they delivered the old chicken to me. Very disappointing, cannot accept such fraudulent trading.

The service: isn't great for a fast food establishment. You could order togo from olive garden ... next door... and get it before getting your order from here. The employees: SOME are awesome and some you wanna back hand with their childlike attitude. The management: needs to make better decisions!! Kitchen Staff: The ones who make the magic...food! are exceptional and don't get enough recognition!! For all of that being said. my 2 star rating is only because the kitchen staff!!

I would give them 0 if I could. Employees were rude while I ordered. The best part was they didn't give me everything I ordered. Found out when I got home I was short one sandwich and Mac and cheese

I ordered two things and was the only person in the drive thru... somehow they gave me one thing which i did not order. i ordered a sandwich and strips, gave me wings. went back in to tell them they gave me the wrong thing and was met with the cashier that took our order throwing up his hands like he didn't know what to do.

Do not come to this location. I made a yelp just to complain and warn people u will wait 30 minutes everytime u come to the drive thru, horrible location.

This is NOT the fastest Popeyes I've ever seen... the service was below average and they are SLOW.
