Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Tasteless food. Guess what they ran out of chicken in the middle of the day. It is not worth a revisit .

Didn't have the spicy chicken sandwich I wanted so I ordered wings they said the wait would be 20 min

This Popeyes JUST opened a couple months ago and my first two visits were great! The food was hot and the service was fast. Now-- the staff is rude the food is cold, the ghost peppers chicken is small and they run out of food. I ordered online about an hour before closing and my food was cold and they didn't have the side I wanted (red beans and rice) he just gave me their disgusting mashed potatoes without explaining. Their staff is young and uninformed. I went back a a second time using my app for the ghost peppers and again the chicken was small and the blueberry crème pie I ordered was not available. They keep putting it on the menu but it's not available. I'd you're going to serve small chicken they can at least give you two pieces for the one. THATS customer service. This place hasn't even been open six months. There needs to be some training.

I usually don't write reviews about fast food chains as I rarely eat at them and they are what they are. And I doubt anyone in their mgmt take a lot or cares about Yelp, and any others, reviews. So here I go....Yesterday I needed to have a flat fixed on my truck so I stop in the Discount Tire near my house. And as a side note, DT is great. Anyway, I got an hour to kill and it's lunch time so my options are Popeyes or Sonic. Too cold to sit outside at Sonic so off to Popeyes. First, and I mean no disrespect to the lady behind the counter, but if you are going to wait on people who predominantly speak English, you should be able to speak English. My "Spanlish" is not good enough to order chicken - beer yes, chicken no. This is a mgmt issue. So I order the #4, 3 strips, Mac n Cheese, a biscuit and a small drink. I get it pretty quick so no issue there. I guess it's been a long time since I was in a Popeyes but strips were tiny, well, long and slim. Not like I remember. Flavor was there but just tiny. The mac n cheese was good, but again, about 4 bites from a spork. And the biggest disappointment was the biscuit. When I was younger, we'd get a bag of those biscuits alone and eat as they were so good. Sadly, not the flavor I remember and smaller than a hockey puck. I wish I had taken a pic of this. And all for the bargain price of $11.78 or so. The mac n cheese was an up charge for some reason. I'm not a food snob and also recognize what fast food is - fast, but for me Popeyes has mailed it in. I'm not "Lov'in That Chicken at Popeyes".

Popeyes new gallon tea bag is only as good as the person filling it. If they don't screw the top down tight it will leak all over the floor of your car. It was a mess cleaning it up. Of course the Popeyes customer service center, which is garbage, the customer care philosophy, which is nonexistent will shirk responsibility as usual.

No complaints. They do take long sometimes but overall okay. They have changed management so maybe that has helped

I'm only writing to mention an off the menu item: blackened tenders. They are grilled/air fried and spicy with no batter and no oil. 1 weight watcher point per tender and taste amazing. You order by the box of tenders as you would the normal fried ones... but say blackened tenders. Downside: they make them to order and often take 20 min to make... just a heads up but hey you didn't have to cook tonight and there's that.

Al Copeland would be sorely disappointed to see how his prior business has fared. This particular location is suffering from a lack of efficiency and seemingly little focus on customer satisfaction. It seems remarkable that a franchise based on the selling point of Louisiana cuisine would be out of spicy chicken during the busy lunch period. It was a 12 minute wait after a 10 minute wait to place an order. Even though the manager was present the confusion and irregularities during counter ordering did not improve. Needless to say, we won't be retuning to this spot and not just due to the service. $19 for two bland chicken combos - some Louisiana tradition? - is not worth the effort.

This is my second time going and I'm still disappointed. The first time I went the food was cold. This time same experience. Food hard, cold and disgusting. This food is old! Whom ever management is should reevaluate ALOT of things clearly this is an issue
