Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Two years later and I still have no issues with this location. I had been ordering delivery through the online app with some disappointing results, but now realize that they may not always be delivering from this location. Because of this I now order from the app and pickup rather than waiting in a line.Most Popeyes I have visited are rather slow so ordering ahead has been fastest. Their chicken sandwich is still the crunchiest and most delicious. I will say there was previously one employee (possibly a manager) that some may view as rude, but I did not encounter them on any recent visits. This person pretty much speaks very loudly, practically yelling your order details at you. But they have never said words to me I would consider rude so I assume it is just how they talk. We live in a multicultural world so I remember that even some things Houstonians do are considered rude in my home state.

Slackin with these containers, feels like I'm jipped. I won't do a two cause they do take care of you but come on this is not the same amount for 4 dollars and some change

This place is ass (no mf sauce) .... Every time I come I have to wait 10-20 min in the drive through. The line is always long and are always short on staff. Lucky the food doesCome out right sometimes but it's every bull moon. It's really disappointed that humans can't do a simple job. I hope they soon recover from this

I typically chuckle when people start by saying "if I could give them one star I could!" But this is exactly one of those scenarios lol. This is a fairly new location it's sad that the staff and lack of training will have this location going down before it can profit well. I went thru the drive thru at 10:15 ish for two chicken sandwich meals one regular one spicy I didn't leave until 10:45 ish. There was no line, 4 cars parked that make you think at least 4 employees are there. Yet we still had to drive up. This was after half of the things we asked for on the menu were not available. After driving up at least 4 other cars came and left. Then another car drop up and parked behind me.At that point I went around the building again because 20 minutes had passed I waited at the window and no one came. At one point we saw a lady with no mask come near, but didn't consider approaching the window at all. Instead of even asking us to refill our drinks she put her own drink and took medicine and walked away. We waited a little more until she appeared again and blew the horn a few times and she disappeared. Then she came back and covered her mouth with her shirt to speak to us ask what order we had. After that I got it originally took our order finally came with our bag however it was missing all of the condiments we asked for we originally had only spoken with him so he should have been most familiar to get that part correct given the length of time it took. He rushed outb to get the next order for the folks that were also waiting but had waited way less than us and rushed it outside to them while we stayed at the window blowing the horn and fanning down whoever we could walk past the window. Finally were able to get our condiments and leave you'd think.... after they gave us all of this time to check the order we were able to notice that both of the chicken sandwiches were the exact same they did not give us a spicy chicken sandwich after all so we had to get their attention again just to ask which was which at this point the lady without the mask was back at the window and she asked us to hand her both of the sandwiches although she had on no mask and gloves. She said she would go put gloves on and look at them and let us know which was which, we tell her we didn't feel really comfortable with them taking the sandwiches that although it seemed perhaps the food had been ready for sometime because the cat sweat it out in the bags and hit the bread soggy, she then tried to show us on the bag where it should be marked, we told her how it was not marked and we had already checked so from there finally she said not to worry about it and that she would get a spicy sandwich out, ironically she came with a spicy sandwich in seconds. Really not sure why This not busy late night quick trip ended up taking 30 minutes but had it taken another second I would've been asking for my money back, in the future when they are the only option I'll just stay home and heat up a frozen pizza.

Ordered a large fry. Got home, opened it and saw a small roach!! Will not be going back!

Wish I could give 0 stars, rude customer service, forgot a side order, and there's no chicken just bone.

Wish I could give zero stars... this is one of the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. They got my order completely wrong, girl at the window overcharged me, and they forgot sauce and other items I ordered. This is my 2nd bad experience with this particular Popeyes. The one on hwy. 6 is much better. Shut this one down.

This is a small popeyes location and I have only been thru the drive thru on a few occasions to pick up meals. It is extremely close to my home maybe 5 minutes.The service has always been ok and never had any long waits.The chicken has seemed fresh and never old and I have mostly gone at night. I did want to try out that chicken sandwich a while back but I was told I could order one and wait a hour to pick it up. That didn't work for me. I guess sooner or later the sandwiches will be back.

To start Horrible employee very rude and had me waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes didn't have a big order just chicken tenders and fries but waited very patiently everyone behind me got there food first finally one of the employees comes out with the food and I asked If I can have sweet heat and blackened ranch and he sighs and walk away to grab it . I check my order and it's someone else's order so i told him this is the wrong order then he comes back with my order but it was missing an order of fries so I went into the restaurant and asked for my missing fries and she just dumps the fries in a bag and hands it to me very unprofessional and won't be going there again.

I wish I could give less stars to this place, but first I'll explain why. I've gone to many Popeyes and they're really great, professionals, friendly, kindest people I've never meet, but there's is in particular that I keep giving it the opportunity to remake they way the work, and lately I HAVE HAD ENOUGH WITH THIS FUCKING STORE! They can act however they fucking want with me, but not with any of my family members. My kid went there days ago during the night shift and the shift manager was a complete asshole to him to the point were my kid throw the food away because he was been kicked by the dumbass manager named "Alan Vega" which is not his real name. Last night I went there and he didn't even know how to speak English, so my point is that Popeyes get manager to that position to be unprofessional? When there's an issue the manager doesn't even know how to solve it because he doesn't speak English? What kind of business does the owners are building with this type of people/Managers? And they won't do anything about it. Definitely not going back to that place, worst experience in my entire life in Popeyes. PEOPLE! There's better Popeyes! Do not go to this one!
