Just close the doors, and shut down forever. I can't even identify what this is, because it's definitely not chicken and certainly not what I ordered. Do Katy a favor and do better or close for good!!!!

We ordered a family meal with an in store ad price of $24.99. Cost us $36.00. Management explained the "system is being upgraded". The girl at the register was very rude!

Horrible waiting in drive through. It took 45 minutes to get to order window. No dine in available.

I stopped here because it was on the way from my night of drinking. I got two piece- white mild with red beans and rice. Even though they close at 11, they still took my order. It was 1115 when I got home and opened my order, the chicken was fine. The biscuit was hard and I got rice with beans instead of beans with rice. I will start checking my order before I drive off to avoid this. It was just OK and I guess I'll stop there again after drinking if I need to lol

I ask myself why I went back to this place. It was bad the last time, and it's just as bad this time. I had the parmasan chicken wings, and there is one word to describe it. "SALTY": They basically poured a lot of their buttermilk ranch sauce dressing on it and made it extremely salty and soggy. It was so awful.

Excited to try this fried chicken, and while the fried chicken tasted good, the mashed potatoes had a Cajun spicy gravy, honey for biscuits is mostly corn syrup (honey "flavor" added to the fake honey), and we all had indigestion and many uncomfortable bathroom trips that night, we definitely cannot recommend unless you're traveling and it's the ONLY place to stop.

I think this is the worst location ever. 8.5 times out of 10 there is no spicey chicken. The kids on the grill playing and laughing all loud. No communication to the guy on the window. When I got to the window he said there was no spicey would I take regular. I said no. So he asked someone in the grill area how long on spicey wings. 1 girl said, we don't have any wings and there was a roar of laughter. Then a Mgr of some sort asked the guy at the window if I would take 2 breast instead. I hollered from my car no. I just want a refund. The guy working the window told the grill people they need to let him know these things. They all busted into laughter again.

They made me wait outside and Ignored gave me a whole big family's order and I tied to do the right thing and they still looked the door on me and wouldn't give me my food order pretty bad service I should of just took off with the $40 worth of chicken. They took the food back and left me outside and didn't bring me my food. Plus they heard me knocking and choose to ignore me. Finally I got food from the manager just terrible.I could of been and ass but it wasn't worth it

ordered a 12 piece went home to find only 11 pieces then my two large sides were filled half way!? I called and no one answer ! this is the second time this happened within 3 months, not going back there. this place is a dump run by stupid kids
