Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Drive through intercom broken for months. Screen no longer works. Staff inside acted very lazy. Fries were cold. Usually I'm a fan of the Blackened Chicken but how does this location even stay afloat? Everything was just gross this time. No more.

Whenever I want to eat fried chicken, Popeyes is my first choice at any location in Houston and Katy. I like to eat their chicken with the sweet heat sauce, which is always free of charge when asking for it. However, I don't know why it was sometimes charged at the same location. Then, I went to other locations, it was free. Then, after a while, I came back to that location again, it was free. It's ridiculous.

Just left the drive thru. The person told me to hold on rudely. Held for more than 5 mins listening to him help other customers was only two cars in front of me and when I said excuse me he said rudely that he was talking to someone else. Never acknowledged me. Won't be back would rather drive further to another location.

This location is the worst! The past 3 times we've been ( because it's down the street) they have messed up the orders. How hard is it to get a chicken sandwich correct? It's like they just throw whatever in the bag and give it to you. Once the sandwich wasn't even edible because the chicken was old and rubbery. The next 2 times they didn't give us the spicy sandwich or pickles. Really? Drive further, it's worth it because this location they just don't care at all.

this place is so trash, every time i go its always something. Order messed up, bugs in my drink AND FOOD. They need to go smfh.

Wasted 30 min of my life. My husband and waited for chicken nuggets combo for a long time and went up there multiple times. The guy in the front said because it was cooked in the wrong batter and it will take more time. We waited patiently for 20 minutes. So we changed the order to spicy chicken sandwiches combo. They were checking to charge us the difference like it was our fault. We got our sandwiches- the buns are burnt and I bit into a mouth full of batter. It was horrible. They are so unorganized in the back kitchen and I feel bad for the guy taking orders in the front. People waiting in the drive through waiting 15 min in their car are now waiting inside the lobby. Everyone is waiting for the nuggets.

When it comes to fast food chicken, my pick is almost always Popeyes because they have the spicy chicken and Cajun fries. And let's not forget the chicken sandwich wars.. to me Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich wins! They just need to add more of the spicy sauce IMO. While Popeyes is a large corporation and you will have individual experiences at different locations I give this one a thumbs up I have never had any issue with my orders. I typically order though the app for points but have used the drive thru and pick up area as well. The store is generally clean and service is typically quick.

This is the ONLY location I patron. Never had a problem with beans/rice & mash/gravy. The only thing I eat there. But the most recent visit left me with a terrible upset stomach. Hope this review will motivate them to level up. Temperature is paramount to stave off bacteria. No cross contamination with utensils. Do not reheat, discard. Wear hair nets and gloves when in contact with raw or cooked foods. Perhaps a visit from the health department is warranted.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered food here through uber eats, I had 4 different drivers go to the restaurant and cancel. I then canceled my order and contacted uber support. Uber support then contacted this restaurant and they lied saying my order was prepared when clearly it was NOT if F O U R different people went to the restaurant and canceled. I am at a loss of $20 now due to this stores inability to tell the truth that my order was in fact NOT ready.

I don't recommend this location as they seem to have problems getting the orders right. Today was my 3 rd time getting home to find out my order was not all there. If I could give them no stars , I would. Horrible!
