Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Meh. I've been to better Popeyes. They never seem to have French fries and their wings are over done.

Used to go to this location frequently. It has been going Downhill for a long time. Tonight hubby was close by and I just back from out of town so I was not cooking. I suggested the Mason Rd location, but he was closer to this one. Ok. No problem, we'll give it another chance. Shame on me. Chicken was overcooked and cold at the same time. Far from fresh. And just gross.

Congratulations guys, it's wonderful to come to your store and be taken care of by people like Abel and Santiago !!! Excellent service and super fresh chicken. The place had a great vibe !!!!! Thank you !!!

This location has a lady who is Hispanic as a manager, NOT a problem! But you know what IS a problem? The fact that she speaks and understands VERY little English. This is ridiculous because I stood up there for minutes til someone came over to explain and translate to her what I was ordering. Happens all the time. So frustrating

Where to start... drive thru speaker not working, paper says to order at window. Ok, no big deal. Then met with a not so pleasant employee who obviously didn't want to be there and had a language barrier. Only had to repeat myself 5 times and ask for clarification 4 when ordering. Then got home and opened the box, ordered classic and got spicy and the chicken was hard, thighs were the size of the wings. $40 wasted!!! Do better Popeyes! This is how locations go out of business.

The food is always well prepared, but almost every time we visit this location, they shirt us on pieces of chicken or do not provide the appropriate pieces of chicken in the order. Today, we ordered the largest family meal they had, I believe it was 16 pieces , spicy with three sides. We ordered it Spicy. When we arrived home , we discovered that we had only ONE breast in the ENTIRE meal, it should Al least come with two..and what was basically a box full of wings. Very disappointing when you pay nearly $60 dollars! We will visit another location...perhaps the one on Mason Road.

By far the worst experience we've ever had in a drive thru. We ordered online so we could just pick it up and not have to wait in line. They closed the inside so you can't pick it up. You have to go through the drive through which took 45 minutes because they are wanting to stall time to avoid more customers. However my order is already paid for and they got me here waiting with everyone else.

Took over 20 min at the drive thru, asking me to wait and then not responding. Slow, slow, slow.

I have come to this Popeyes location off and on for sometime. However I recently came here during my lunch hour. I must say the new manager "Ronnie" was polite and attentive. I ordered myself some ghosts pepper wings , which I highly recommend. My meal was nice and hot and my beverage was nice and cold.The dining area was clean and organized. Bathrooms were well kept.I seen a change from previous manager. I'll be coming back to this location. "Great job Ronnie "

Food was fresh and surprisingly fast!Service was awesome The place and restrooms were real clean!Management must definitely changed the place up! Awesome job Popeyes! Will definitely come back again soon!
