Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

ONLY go to this location if you want your feelings hurt when you have a taste for their "Famous Louisiana Chicken". SERIOUSLY let get to it. 1. How are they ALWAYS out of strawberry Fanta⁉Then on top of that I had to get a coke (it was a large at that) and not only does it have a hint of some fruity flavor (orange or the leftover Fanta that they out of) but I didn't even get a straw. Then I ask for Cajun sparkle and THEY OUT. I ask for honey for my biscuit not only they stuck together...THE DAMN BISCUIT IS BURNT‼ I was told it would be 6 mins to get a unburnt biscuit. Mind you I was there at 12. So it's no excuse for food to burned and it be a Wednesday and they already out of products. The ONLY saving grace for THIS location is seeing some of my former students in the drive thru (they don't cook or order supplies). But DO BETTER‼

Ordered 8 piece mixed chicken mild at 09:30 pm on a Weds. Was given 4 legs, 2 thighs and 2 breast? What No wings, should have been given 2 wings with this order. Didn't say they were out of mild wings? Unexceptionable service, geez will not be back to this location.

The store even the manager didn't have a mask on he had it around his neck, the people serving the food no mask on until they came to the window and they took it back off I wouldn't go here ever again

Needed a quick dinner after a long day. Went through the drive-they at 10pm - not going to lie, I was very skeptical of coming here so late because other Popeyes will serve you cold chicken at this hour. But I took my shot and went anyway since I had a good coupon to use. Employees were friendly, ordered my food, got home and was surprised at how fresh everything was! Very happy this Popeyes is just around the corner from me. Will be coming back!

Went today and I got fried chicken that's probably been sitting out for HOURS. Definitely the quality is not there for the amount Popeyes already charges for chicken! It seems that the more franchises open, they only care about profits and not the quality of the product. The product becomes diluted in these situations

I take back everything I said. Not only is the service poor they don't give you a receipt to check if they just forgot your meal and still charged you or if they just didn't place your order correctly at all..

i asked for my food to dine in and the manager bagged it to go. The nice lady at the register told him in Spanish it was for here and he still didn't try to put it on a tray. Then forgot the silverware so when I walked up I slipped on the floor due to the floor being wet. the cones were not out in front of the wet floor. Luckily I caught myself and did not fall.

Service was absolutely terrible. No management whatsoever. But the sandwich, once I got it after asking for it several times, was really good.

My picture speaks for itself!!!!! I will never visit again!!!! They served me a burnt chicken sandwich the bun was literally black burnt I hope my picture is uploaded correctly!!!!!!!! I am in a disbelief that this is what customer service has turned to someone looked at this before it went into the package to be served to a customer sad but true your customer service sucks!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a five piece tender and 2 apple pies food was cold they gave me 3 tenders and cold fries biscui was hard apple pies was hard never going to this place again wouldn't recommend
