Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I am not big on fast food, and I'm not big on fried chicken, but I was sad to see all the bad reviews here. This is my neighborhood Popeyes and I've always had a very pleasant experience. Fresh food, nice service. Thanks to everyone who works there!

This is a pretty decent location and is brand new so unlike a lot of other Popeyes in the area, they have a nice big drive through so you can get in and out and back on the freeway without fuss. Not much else to say...It's Popeyesthey have the Tuesday special (which I think went up in price), and the chicken sandwich.

Terrible customer service. I waited in the drive through for someone to take my order for a LONG TIME no one addressed me or said anything so I drive to the second window where I waited for another 10 min behind only one car. Then I drove up to make an order and the rude worker said You have to order at the first window. Lol I said I tried you guys never said anything. He said I can't do anything about that. I said ok can I order now he said no. I was like wow lol so he said I had to come in and order. I left . A JOKE. Literally mid day when it's not even busy. Chick fil a would never.

The only Popeyes I'd ever go to! Super fresh spicy chicken sandwich every time + fries.

They have the best fast food sandwich in the country - but not so much at this location.There are some friendly employees here, hence the 3, but generally speaking it hasn't been the most friendly location of Popeyes, and I've now been here on a couple of occasions, and I'm not saying I have a problem with the girls that work here or anything, I'm just saying that it wouldn't be the number one location I would choose to come to, taste wise, quality wise, for the sacred Spicy Chicken Sandwich.And also they didn't make their sandwich nearly as good as some of the other locations do. I'm pretty much obsessed with the remarkable and marvelous and utterly spectacular chicken sandwich that they serve, and I like I said I would choose one of the other locations over this one more times than not.

Just had to wait far too long to get a simple order of a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, a drink and strawberry biscuit. I even ordered online but these lovely ladies found a way to take up my entire lunch hour with delays, and an incomplete order, and I didn't receive any napkins.

ordering during the day they give you decent food, don't bother ordering after 7, they make you wait for so long for cold food.

The service is bad on a Saturday night at 730pm. Don't buy chicken at this place at this time. Horrible. The line hasn't been moving a STAND STILL LINE!!!

Manager is completely incompetent . Staff dosent know how to process orders correctly . Genuinely wouldn't waste my time here they can't even process your card correctly and expect you to do their job for them if I could give them less rating I would

Pretty rough not going to lie, everyone was disrespectful and I was simply trying to get what I paid for and nothing more.
