Popeyes decided to join up with T-Mobile to do T-mobile Tuesday. But the moment people tried to order on their app, the website, or in person, the people aren't allow to order. Popeyes insist, to use the T-Mobile Tuesday, you must order online or through app. But when Tuesday comes around the order function isn't working for the people to order. So why have a deal with T-Mobile if you(Popeyes) can't afford to give away a few pieces of chicken as advertisement?? Popeyes your restaurant is a CHEAP JOKE!!!!

Terrible service. Got my order wrong, food made poorly, and general unfriendly atmosphere.Ordered a po boy with mashed potatoes. Drove up to window, guy wouldn't even look out the window much less open it. Waited for a while and my food finally came. Instant I checked the bag I knew it was wrong but I didn't want to argue. Drove off and opened the bag. Instead of mash I got fries, whatever. Checked the receipt, says mashed potatoes. Annoying but it's not a big deal. Opened up po boy, few strands of green and overwhelming amount of pickles. Damn, start picking out all the pickles. Bread had been smashed flat for some reason. Ate the mistake of a sandwich while wondering if I should really make a review. Finished and moved on to the Apple pie. Opened it up, looked really good. Bit into it, weird texture. Inspected it, the wax paper used to bake it was still there bit covered up by the sugary layer they they coated it with. Was thinking maybe it's just a layer of pastry but pulling on it revealed the entire rectangle was indeed wax paper. Yeah, if I could give a 0 star I would.

Trash I ordered a 3 piece mixed and I received all dark meat I asked for macaroni and received mashed potatoes and these burnt chicken strips. Go to KFC or Churches Chicken don't even waste your money with this place.

Terrible services, I saw on their website that buy one chicken sandwich combo get one free chicken sandwich (it didn't say I have to order online). I drove there and ask the girl who took my order twice is that right if I get one sandwich free, she didn't answer my question, and last time I ask she said yes but when I got my order without the free sandwich, I asked them why and they responded me rude and said I had to order online although the website didn't show that. I love popeye but never come back this place !!!!

I had over 3,000 reward points and when I got to the store there was a problem with the order and the reward points. Staff was super helpful and fixed the problem Immediately!!!
