The wait is rude. No one is getting their food on time. I wish I didn't come here but I wanted to try the flounder sandwich, I also got the red beans and rice too ... well they both were a disappointment, the rice on the side looked old and tasted stale the sandwich was nothing like the advertised picture I just dunked it in ketchup because the taste was off to me. Anyways this fast food joint is a no for me

More like Stopeyes, because if you're thinking of coming here for their utterly delicious spicy chicken sandwich, you should stop in your tracks and go to a different Popeye's.I'm a huge fan of Popeyes, and I think they have some of the best chicken sandwiches imaginable. They really are heavenly. I've rarely had one that was as good, only maybe one in Nashville (Hattie B's, although I'm sure there are a few more in town that are good), and one in Pittsburgh (same style), and maybe a couple others I'm forgetting, are better than this, the best of the fast food sandwiches by far, and better than any fast food burger out there too, for that matter.I've been a big fan for a while now and I think that nobody does chicken sandwiches quite like they do - but sadly it totally depends on the location. Some of them do it very well, but having said that there are some locations that just can't get it done.With chicken that tastes like it wasn't cooked properly or like it was just microwaved and with wait times that just don't make sense, this is a disaster area. This is one of *those* locations. I would avoid it. There are so many good Popeyes in Houston and this is one of the worst.However I still give them 2 because even an awful version of the best fast food sandwich out there, is better than most fast food outlet's best versions.

I wish I could give zero stars for the rude customer service the cashier Alexandra gave me when I ordered my chicken. When I pulled up to the drive thru to place my order, she act as if she had mud in her mouth, because she could not speak up for me to hear. I finally said I will just pull up. When she came to the window, she had such a pissed off look on her dumb face. I was like thinking, either get another job or fix your face! She barely opened her mouth and rolled her eyes as I was about to pull off. I have never seen such disrespect from someone in my life. Why would anyone trust her to take an order or represent the company anyway. I tried to complete the survey, but it is not working. I tried to call the restaurant and the phone just rings. It really says something when a manager allows the cashier to be rude. But these are supposed to be the future generation of professionals. The world is going to Hell with ignorant people like that. I know Popeyes will not call me if I left my contact number because they don't care anyways.

I was worried about trying this location because I am new in living in this Houston area and I have seen a lot of 50/50 reviews about this location and I have been coming here at least once a week during lunch hour and it has always been easy ordering and I had NO issues when it comes to this place, I would actually recommend other yelpers to even give it a second chance because the service has always been phenomenal and the food is tasty. Would 100% recommend!

My man and I came to this tonight. We usually come here all the time and never have any issues. But we came tonight at 9:58pm and tried to order 2 legs and a thigh, the cashier said they didn't have anymore, so we asked what do you have ? And he replied. When we asked if they could be fresh, he told us they were not cooking anymore chicken. We asked him if they were closing at 10 tonight, and he said we close at 11. So we were confused and asked again just for clarification, that they had chicken but just weren't cooking anymore. And he said yes. So we asked if he had ghost pepper wings and he said yes we have those so we ordered them. When we got to the window we asked if we were getting a discount since they weren't cooking anything fresh, and he replied "yes, I didn't charge you for the fries". My man was looking forward to fresh chicken this evening and was disappointed and undelivered !

Bunch of 15 year olds sitting around not doing there job, I had to YELL at the manager had me standing there for 15MINS!

I was hesitant about going to this location because of the reviews, but the reviews were right. There was nobody in the drive thru lane and it till 5 minutes to place an order. Order came out right but they shorted me all sauces and a spork after I asked for it when I paid. This crew should go back to training or quit.

0 STARS!!! The Girl the cashier on 6/24 has bad commun skills. I sat in the drive through line for over 20 min without any knowledge on what's taking so long to order!! Wouldn't recommend!

Ordered food for pickup on Saturday afternoon. Arrived and had to wait five minutes to be waited on. There was someone at the one register counting change that never looked up. No one else bothered to see if I needed help. Finally got person counting money to help me. My order had was not bagged yet. Noticed when I walked in that the place had a funny smell. Got the food home. French fries smelled like store and were soaked in grease. Ate one just to check. The grease to cook fries needed desperately to be changed. Taste was disgusting!! Straight to trash. Chicken was just okay. Spent $20 dollars on two meals but could not eat half of it!! Management needs to do a better job. If you walk in this store & it has weird small....turn around and leave!!
