Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I was there today at the drive thru I asked " do you have a Tuesday special of 2 pieces for $2.99? The answer was "yes" Then I asked " great! May I have 8 pieces which are 4 orders, mild, dark?" When I pulled up to the window to give them my card to pay for my food. They gave me the chickens and the receipt. I didn't check the food nor the receipt then drove home. I opened the bag and I was shocked that there were so many , a total of 16 pieces. I was like so confused and thought that they might gave me someone else's order. , I looked at the receipt and read it. They charged me $25.89. I called them immediately to ask for the explanation and a refund of 8 pieces, the lady asked me to drive back there and give them back the chickens. And heck no. Who would pay for my gas and I didn't have time to take a trip back in a heavy traffic hours amd and I live far away from it I told her that I won't do that but if they want 8 pieces back they can wait until the next day when I get off from work . She said," we can't wait until tomorrow because the chickens will be cold." What the heck ? How nasty they are. Restaurants can not take back the foods if they already take them out from the restaurant. It's very unsanitary.After fighting with them on the phone i was very upset and didn't even eat my foods because they were cold and dried They Called me back after 20 mins and said that they can't refund the money but gave me store credit of 8 pieces. I don't think I want to go back for that credit of 8 pieces plus I don't really trust them at all. After they asked me to bring back the foods while they are still hot. I don't really know what kinda chickens they will give to me

This is the worst Popeyes that you could go to. My family and I frequent this location every once in a awhile for years only because of proximity, but the ratio of bad service to good service is horrible. You have to beg for fresh chicken because they don't care at all. Or they will say that the chicken is fresh only to get all the way home and it is not. Sometimes they will even re-fry chicken that has been sitting for a awhile and we can tell. Frenchys chicken used to be next to it and I wish they would have stayed. They always mess up the orders and I have to go back and ask them to correct it, some of them have a attitude etc. Whoever manages this location is not paying attention and makes me want to never eat from Popeyes anymore.

Kept seeing TV commercials for their new shrimp meal. Ordered it w/delivery and this local was recommended over the one closer to me. The fee for delivery was MUCH less too. Delivery was good. Food too spicy for me. The dessert had powdered sugar leaching out of the holes in the box and since I ordered to eat in front of the LLWS on TV, it made an unacceptable mess. So my fav has always been the red beans and rice over a biscuit.... Gak...beans had no flavor at all. Not what I'm used to getting. 'Course it could be my palate was messed up from the spicy shrimp. BOTTOM LINE: folks into spicy will love them, never again for me.

I don't need to say too much here because we all know how good Popeyes is. Especially with their Cajun Fries. And of course their Sweet Tea is Always on point! I hate to say this but, Sorry God's Chicken! But there's No competition when it comes to a chicken sandwich at Popeyes! Definitely worth the money! Very flavorful and juicy! I would usually have to order 2 sandwiches from Chick Fil A to fill me up... Not Here!!! They know whats up! Just glad they've been making more so we all can get one. Or 2 lol. I wish I didn't wait soo long to try this. Definitely a new favorite! Go Get You One!!!

I think they might have gotten new management or something because a lot of these reviews are bad, however I got a 3 piece combo last night that rocked my f****** world. Even the Cole slaw was amazing and crisp, not soggy at al, which is very rare. I absolutely loved my meal.

Okay, we came into this location at nearly closing time. I pull up to the drive thru and the cashier asks if I want to try a chicken sandwich. I said, "yes, actually." Then there was a long pause. Another cashier gets on and says, "we only have 4 sandwiches." And I said, "okay, I will only need 3 so that's perfect." And he said, "We only have 4 sandwiches. That's all. Like no sides or nothing!" I was like, "okay...that's fine...well do you have any drinks?" He said, "yes" I said, "great. I'll take a sweet tea, a coke and lemonade." He said, "Can you just pull up?" So, at this time, I'm pretty confused and already understand why they have a low rating, but, it gets better!!!Then, I pull up and he said, "I can't hear you on the intercom. What drinks do you want?" And I said, " a sweet tea, a coke and a lemonade" and then he said, "you want to mix your coke and lemonade?" WHAT?!?!?!? Who the hell mixes lemonade and coke? Is this a Texas thing? I was so freaking confused by the question? I get the sandwiches (and my three separate drink orders) and the sandwiches are just oozing with mayonnaise. Mayo is fine, but this was just like a mayonnaise sandwich. After we wiped off the sandwiches they were good.

Very bad service. They took so long even tho I ordered my food online 20 before I go pick it and I had to wait like 15 extra

Customer service is terrible they literally forgot our food we waited an hour for our food for it to be soggy and wet

Horrible customer service. Took an hour to get our food with no one inside and no one in the driveway. They should really shut this place down now and fire all their staff.
