Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Who ever recruited the new staff thank goodness!! I haven't came to this location in a hot minute because the last time I came the old night staff was super rude and didn't have what I wanted. The young Latina who was working the drive thru window was super sweet & respectful ! The last time I came everyone working had an attitude but I was surprisingly super happy with this visit !!thank you to whoever hired these new people this place needed to replace the old staff !!

I was laying in my bed after waking up from a nap- virtually chatting with a few friends, and one had Popeyes while another was watching the Cowboys' game and the Popeyes commercial came on. I guess you can say I was persuaded to grab a bite of my own. I've been practicing vegetarianism, so the sides do it for me. Oh, and the sweet tea! The team was friendly and the food was fresh!

Kimberly & the manager here were so nice! They were out of wings so they gave me a biscuit! I really wanted those wings but I still stayed and ordered! thanks guys!!

The customer service of the staff is horrible ! The person taking the order gave attitude because I had asked her to repeat the order since the first time I couldn't hear her. She first said "I just repeated it but ok" she then repeated the order clearly. She was overall rude and not polite. The order was messed up too, I had asked for a large fry and blackened ranch. I didn't get either and handed back the bag since they had asked for it. After getting the food back I still hadn't gotten the blackened ranch. I never got an apology from staff or the manager after going inside. I'd avoid this place and just go to the Canes next door. They're always super nice and the manager checks the orders before they go out to ensure mistakes don't happen.

This place is so unprofessional! They asked for my name (I had made a mobile app order), and I gave it to them. Once I got to the window, they told me I had to go around and get back in line (the line was long by this point). Who does that! I canceled my order and left.

Walked in because I was missing my Mac and Cheeze, the girl with the mole look like she ain't wanna do nothing, the boss had tohelp me while all she did was give a look.

I went in for the big box special. Well my wings was the size of my grandkids thumb. The manager was very rude and didn't get my a bigger said all of them was the same size. My second box I asked for spicy and got regular and was cold . 04/25/2023 1:07pm Store #11105 202 Airtex Drive. Here's my suggestion if you do LOVE customer service them get out of it.

Customer service was very amazing , the staff is very quick and friendly , the food was very hot and fresh Chicken Strips

Great service and fresh food always. I always go during my lunch time and they are really fast.
