Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My kids love Popeyes Tuesday special that is their special treat. However, it turned out disappointed for 2 times. My son so excited to take a big bite of the drumstick but he started to cry (he's 20 months). We ordered mild chicken and double check about our orders, but turned out we got spicy one for 2 times. We visited there 3 times and only got one time order right.

I don't know about you but I love Popeyes, and the thing is, I don't always have a great experience with other locations, but I go anyways. This was my first time at this location and I was blown away!We came in on a Tuesday for dinner and were choosing to eat inside. This location was alive and booming but in an experience I hadn't had before. All the employees were working and communicating with one another and had smiles on their faces! The manager I believe was working all sections of the kitchen and register and just seemed to be a really well oiled machine. This line moved swiftly and before we knew it we were seated with our hot fried chicken! It was fresh, and crispy and delicious and just the overall experience was one of the best I've ever had at a Popeyes. We will definitely be back to support THIS location and staff!

It appears they have read the old reviews. I was craving their regular chicken sandwich so I "risked" trying them. They were great! Fast, super friendly with yes sir & no sir and all smiles. I would go back! Great job.

Popeyes spicy chicken has been a favorite for many years. This location always has prompt service. Made a large online order for 6 people online for Sunday dinner. Upon arrival the drive thru staff could not find the order, but the very helpful manager soon rectified the situation. And they added some heart shaped desserts for the trouble. Glad they made good on the situation, and will be happy to continue giving them our business.

I should know better than to not check my take out order well before leaving, but today was in a hurry and got home without a dozen biscuits, large red beans and large fries. Too far to go back but I have been burnt too many times at this location to ever go back. I love Popeyes chicken so will try other locations. Too bad since this is the most convenient but no point in going there if you don't get what you order and pay for.

I ordered an order of wings and it said it came with ranch so I was hoping it would come with ranch, but that's not why I'm making this review. I got to the front of the line, mind you I'm unemployed right now for very personal reasons so I absolutely don't have a lot of money right now but I just wanted to get something nice to eat since I don't have a lot in my fridge or pantry, anyways I'm at the front of the line trying to pay and my card gets declined. Instead of being kind or understanding about it they side eyed me and closed the window, then, I saw them LAUGHING. I use to work in the service industry and I would NEVER do that when the customer seemed already flustered, I even said "this is embarrassing I'm sorry" and they LAUGHED. And there was like three of them at the window for I don't know what reason. It felt like I was some clown attraction at a circus and they came to the window to laugh.

I would definitely be coming again with a bigger crowd ! I believe it was miss Juanita short lady from the back ,she was very attentive and understanding.Spoke short English but could understand us very well ! Service was AMAZING ! Nice to know we still have good people like her around . Deserves a RAISE!!!

Popeyes used you be my favorite chicken place. Now, it's at the bottom of the list. App for coupons doesn't work half the time, food is definitely going downhill, and service --- well, I'm not even going there. Time for me to find a new favorite. I won't be wasting my money here again.

Sweet tea was sweetened with artificial sweetners. Apple pies are rarely available. Chicken is fresh. Sometimes the order is wrong.

$9.99 plus tax for 2 dinky pieces and one regular size piece or chicken, plus a tiny portion of macaroni and cheese that taste and looks like it is from a few days ago. Not edible.The chicken, iced tea, and biscuit were good. I won't be back.
