Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Terribly slow, and most of the time whoever talks through the drive through or window, you cannot understand them or you can tell they have zero interest in dealing with you... very poor service.I ordered via the app at 7pm for pickup at 7:35pm. Show up at 7:40pm and the drive through person has no clue where or what my order is, they ask me ti pull forward (only one car behind me, more on this later) and then it takes another 25min to get the food... What was the purpose of ordering ahead? OHH and they got most of it wrong too, how hard is it to read an order and check off whats been placed in or not?This popeyes seems to think that "moving people" forward helps there "time to deliver food" number, maybe improve customer service instead of trying to be fast (which you fail at both).AVOID THIS POPEYES.

Service here has been great and fast. I would stop by on my way home and the staff has been respectful and nice. I chose to wait one day and they gave us a drink for the wait plus a dessert biscuit. It's the thought that does it for me: The chicken came out piping hot and juicy. My go to for some fried chicken

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to, I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with a Mac and cheese, I got two cold sloppy sandwiches with soggy buns. I didn't get my Mac and cheese, and the sauces that I was charged for never made it to my bag either. I will drive 5 miles to the next one before going right here to this one. DO NOT EAT HERE

I like going to this Popeyes specifically because the food and service is always the best here! Everything is always fresh and the employees are very helpful and insightful when it comes to ordering and making sure I am satisfied with my order!!

I went at 2pm on February 8, so much went wrong!! I put in my order, the Dr Pepper was out, and they knew it, but they had not changed it, so I had to wait, they were out of chicken, so I waited about 20 to 25 minutes for my food. The entire restaurant was filled with smoke from frying the food I guess, people were complaining.While I was waiting, an employee was sitting at a table talking very loudly on her speakerphone talking aggressively about not having any money to pay someone money she owed. So I got to listen to her problems the entire 20 minutes I waited. Then a lady walks in and they talked, then they both walk out and the lady sells food from the back of her car. I understand people need to make a living, but in the front of the restaurant?The food tasted good, but the chicken was so small! It looked like it was a child's size. I Could have easily eaten another piece of chicken. The mashed potatoes and gravy and roll were good.It was only my second time to try Popeyes, I doubt I will go back.

I guess you don't need to be smart to work at this place. Simple order screwed up and talking to the manager does nothing. She could have apologized!

Went through the drive thru for two classic #2 Combos- I get to the window and the cashier reads my order and says Spicy, I corrected her and told her Classic not spicy. She didn't say anything and continued to take my payment. I again told her "please let them know my order is not Spicy" she then said ok. I get home and the chicken is spicy! I called a few times to 281-550-0860 and no answer. What is so hard with getting orders correct, this chicken will now go to waste.

Idk why i keep going to Popeyes. No location is better than the last. They're all terrible. No customer service and order wrong every time!Went through the drive thru on my lunch break (1hr) placed my order and in the middle of it i was told to 'please hold' 10 min later i placed my order. Repeated it 3 xs and finally got to the window. 20 more min. (Already HALF my lunchbreak) I ordered the 5 pc tenders combo. When i got to work i see they only gave me 3 pc tenders looked at my receipt and they charged me for 5!!

I have no complaints at this location. When i go inside, nice cashier. Food bagged promptly. Food tastes good. Hot chicken. No issues. Then another day when i go through the drive thru, lovely gal took my order. Service with a smile at the window. My bag was ready quickly and off i went. Chicken was great!I have been back four different times in the past two months with no issues.

The location @15107 Fm 529 RdHouston, TX 77095This location is horrible as far as customer service the management is super horrendous. Myself and a coworker picked up lunch for other coworkers and our order was wrong. So at the end of my shift I went to the location and ask them to correct the order and that I'd pick it up the following day for my coworkers lunch after spending $50 I was told that they were responsible and that nothing would be done to rectify the situation I'm feverishly calling corporate to address this matter because at this point I feel robbed. Do not patronize this location
