I found hair in my Mac and cheese like literally the first thing you see when you open the container. Messed up my entire appetite.

Fast and friendly service. The people working tonight 8/19/2023 at 8:30pm are amazing. Especially the lady in the drive thru and the young man taking orders for the drive thru. I never received such exceptional customer service from a Popeyes, so I had to make a review for this location! My order was correct, fresh, and I had all the condiments. Keep rocking it guys!!

Popeyes has been a popular and busy fried chicken establishment across the nation and also different countries in the world. Honestly, I don't frequent often but the fried chicken and biscuits are quite good. They rolled out 2 new chicken sandwiches years back and people were accosted, assaulted, addicted, excited, and even m*rdered over that sandwich. I refuse to eat that sandwich based on that alone but truly those sandwiches are still selling out like hot cakes!I have a love hate relationship with meat and eat very little so sides are my jam!I love the hot, crispy, and well-seasoned French fries from Popeyes! They are delicious. I get a large and re-warm the leftovers in my air fryer and they are good as new!Okay, their lemonade is so refreshing, tart, and sweet. It is Minute Maid I think buy SoOoOO good! I always get the large with extra ice. So good!

When you rate a fast food place you're really rating the service. Was the order delivered in a reasonable time? Did the food meet the corporate standard? Were the personnel friendly and efficient?Yess to all three. In particular, thanks Umme who was doing at great job at the order counter.

I ordered food online from Favor and received my order without my drinks. I asked the delivery driver if my order came with drinks he said they didn't give him any. I called the store and was greeted with an extreme attitude she was yelling and told I had to come up there. Whole reason of me ordering online was to avoid leaving my house. I get up there and show her all my proof of not receiving my drinks, pictures, receipts, and actual conversation of me asking the driver about my drinks. She's trying everything to avoid giving me 2 SMALL DRINKS yet I spent $40 on my order. Finally after arguing me down that I'm lying, she basically throws my drink cups at me. Do not recommend, it's literally ALWAYS an issue when I go here.

Great costumer service from Evan on the drive thru, food as always very good and tasteful, clean and neat place overall.

Good food but messed up our order two times. It's still the best one around but they always run out of the spicy chicken tenders. Also the wings are good with any sauce you have them in.

Rude black guy with blonde hair whistle like he was calling a dog when we were pulling up so my husband asked was it a dog he was calling and he called another employee over and said can someone help them so my husband said again who is he whistle at she said he just whistle so we just pulled offWe won't be going there since that's the kinda stuff that they allow fast food restaurants are far too many for folks to be extremely rude for no reason at allIf I could leave no stars I would've

On 3/14/2024, I had the most amazing time at this place around 7:30 pm! Let me tell you, the cashier, Jose, made my experience absolutely fantastic! I cannot express enough how grateful I am for his incredible service. I decided to dine in, and oh my goodness, a big shout out to the cooks working that shift! They really nailed it! After finishing my meal, I walked back to the front to inquire about Jose's name and to let him know just how thankful I was for his exceptional customer service. And you know what? Other guests who were waiting for their orders chimed in and agreed with me! It was such a heartwarming moment and it made me even happier.

RULE services!!!I came on Oct 22 at 12 PM. Since holidays so they open late. The lady I spoke with at the order post she has big attitude with me. Since she didn't understand what I said. She just screamed loud on the speaker "OMG" ! Bad experience ever
