The cashier had a bad ass attitude. i let her make it because i didn't know what the other person i was ordering wanted so there was a lot of confusion. when i came to the second window to pay she mumbled that she should throw something in my face. (mind you she's not the one who took my order) they forgot my mac and cheese but i went back and went into the store and she was staring at me till i left

Paul was awesome. My coworker and I stopped in for late lunch and even though they were super busy he took care of us. We tried the new chicken nuggets and they were delicious.

THE WORST EVER!!! Why is this place open? Rude behavior at the drive thru from Gloria! No may I help you, no thank you, no screw you...just attitude! No cars in line, sketchy area so glad I was heeled, very limited parking (6 spots), no one in the dining room, TWENTY FIVE MINUTES TO GET MY ORDER, Even after going inside to see what was taking so long. On top of that the red beans and rice were spoiled and made 6 of us sick. I'm reporting them to the health department for attempted battery by serving tainted food. The chicken was not even close to fresh. Close your doors before you kill someone!!

I placed my order through the drive thru, and the lady that took the order was rude. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. The delivery was rude. I ordered the #2 combo spicy. I asked for it fresh. She kept skipping over the fresh part when I mentioned it. I asked for the blackened ranch, she said she would only be able to give me one. Well, I'm usually given two. She stated that they have a lot of chicken to give to other customers and they need to save that for them. I had to question if I was a customer or not just because I got a sandwich instead of actual chicken. The food was hit and fresh but since I didn't feel like I was a customer because I didn't get actual chicken, I will not be back to this location.

Upon entering the restaurant Ken greeted me. Don't get that much of these days. Cashier was knowledgeable of the menu, professional and friendly.Food was great!

Fast food? Nope. . .slow food. BUT, it was hot so I'll take it.I think they were super slow because they only had one cook at the time however, I've been to this location in the past and they were equally as slow! This location also seems really old, so I don't know how clean it is inside especailly since COVID you can't enter.The service is ok and I'd probably go back.

ordered a 3piece combo with an extra breast and jalapenos & red beans w rice. I only got my 3 piece and it was cold. pulled back around to get told they were closed. never again bro. not only that, I basically had the same experience besides the being told they're closed part. managers need to get this pos store together

I came here to eat and spent 60 dollars and the short Mexican lady with glasses wanna changed me for black in ranch and regular ranch. And I told her I am a manager at a car wash she does not know how to treat good customers.. and I come here once a week I will not be back here again I will go to the Popeyes on hwy 6 and Keith harrow bad service especially that short Mexican lady who thinks she runs the store

Drive thru staff and cashiers are horrible, just don't want to work lazy plain and simple Save yourself the time and drive somewhere else

Placed an order on the Popeyes app at 5:38pm. Supposed to be ready at 6:25pm. Wasn't ready until 6:45pm. Still got order wrong. Got sweet tea instead of the unsweet tea we ordered.This is unacceptable.Won't be back. Will go to locations like FM 529 & Barker Cypress that have better service.
