My goodness... This was the worst Popeyes my husband and I have ever had. Everything tasted extremely bland. Never coming back to this location. So disappointing.

The mobile app doesn't work properly and this location has attitude and refuses to honor the same discounts in the store. WHY do they act like complete asses??? It's unnecessary and POOR customer service. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

DEPLORABLE!!! Customer Service is NON EXISTENT!! The manager Tanya is horrible so it's no surprise so is her staff. They messed up my order and when I called back to fix it she told me they charge $.50 extra did macaroni and cheese. Ok fine but I had a coupon and it had one final price! Also you didn't tell me it would be extra but now that my order is messed up and my item was not in there she wants to claim extra charges. I even told her no problem mistakes happen but I do have to waste time and gas coming back to fix her or her employee error( not sure who did it since she said she didn't take the order first then she magically did) . And clearly it will cost meMore to correct her erroneous actions! They gave us the wrong drink and no regard for their mistake WHATSOEVER! It's your job to be in fast food with good customer service! If you don't like it GET A NEW JOB! But acting like this and cheating people is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! I will NEVER VISIT AGAIN! Wish I could have give. 0stars

They. Barged me food tax snd total tax on top of food tax, are they legally do this? This is a lower class way of business!

I love the flavor of Popeye's spicy chicken. The quality of the food at this location is usually good. But the service is hit-or-miss. Every order usually has a mistake (e.g. forgot to include an item or included the wrong item or gave regular chicken when spicy chicken was requested). I'd go more often if the service was better.

Came here today to try this chicken sandwich that has folks getting into fights and shooting each other over. The restaurant is next door to where I had my car washed. Sure it's convenient. Hadn't tried it. So being a glutton I went. The restaurant is small. And not sure why but there were tons of little bugs flying around everywhere. But I got this supposedly amazing chicken sandwich. Let's have real talk; it's nothing to write home about. The bread was tastier than Chick-fil-A, but the meat wasn't spicy. The pickles were too thick. I dunno just wasn't something to go shooting folks over. The red beans and rice was tasty. So there's that. But the restaurant is in need of some cleaning and some traps for the little flying guys. Cheers.

I was really looking forward to my usual delicious Popeyes chicken, but unfortunately, this order was a letdown. The 8-piece chicken was overcooked, very dry, and hard - not at all the juicy, flavorful chicken I've come to expect from Popeyes. The blackened chicken sandwich was equally disappointing, with the chicken patty tasting burnt rather than perfectly seasoned. It's rare that I have a bad experience with Popeyes, which makes this overcooked meal all the more frustrating. Hopefully, this is just an isolated mistake and they'll be back to their usual high standards soon.

Judging by my pics and please factor in the fact this is my near home location cause really, damn! I've come here a lot over the years. And frankly, it's been almost an even toss up whether you're going to get subpar food or fresh not overly cooked fried chicken! But the last 3 times eating here, I've wanted to contact corporate 2 of them (I did the first time but just didn't bother the third time). The meal I had was not only not good, they missed giving me all I paid for. And they don't answer the phone so I had no choice but to reach out through the app.This third time made me disgusted cause I was only home for the weekend and the 2 popeyes I've passed in FL don't look like anywhere I really want to eat so I was excited to be back in TX. I ordered a breast and it didn't even have the meat of a thigh on it. It looked like they battered the backbone and said here! I get the mac and it's sometimes too cheesy (I know right) but noodles are an integral part of the dish, don't just serve me a glob of fat.

Every time we go here they mess up on order or conveniently forget things and don't give receipts. The manger hung up on me told me to hold on then hung up . I've called back over 20 times no answer. Done !

I would give a 0 stars if that was an option. The quality of the food is awful. We ordered tonight for delivery and the food arrived in a timely manner but the good was stale, cold and clearly old. The french fries looked and tasted like they had been sitting all day. The chicken strips were stale and dried out. We had stopped ordering Popeye's a long time ago but thought we would give it a try one more time. Never again.
