What's the point ordering online if they are going to send you through the drive thru to wait in line. I ordered online to pick up in dinning area around 8:20 but I got there around 8:30 but they sent me through the drive thru. The could just given me my order. Waste of time

They charge 9 dollars for tiny stops at this location compared to the other locations I have been to. I normally get decent sizes but these the size of my ring finger & pinky. Waste of money & not going back to this location again. Very disappointed at the food quality for the high price.

This Popeyes has had a bad printer for their receipts for weeks now. One would think that they make enough money to at least replace the printer when it gets damaged but apparently the owner is a cheap cheap man. I have been to their location a few times and haven't been able to get my points on the app because they can't provide a receipt for me. I find that unacceptable. We need to start holding this places accountable for providing great service in any way. Owning a restaurant and doing shit half way is not ok. Food now a days is super expensive. I believe they should at least provide a receipt. Prices keep going up and quality of food and customer service is on a down fall. We as consumers can't let them get away with it. I work hard to earn my money that I spend in places like this so I deserve to at least get treated fairly. A receipt in this instance shouldn't be too much to ask. The manager going to say there is nothing he can do. How about replace the machine and now you will have a good printer to be able to provide receipts. Duhhhh.

I came on a Tuesday special evening, and waiting in a line was to be expected. Now that's out of the way...Customer service was good. It started with a polite lady, in the drive thru who took my order. She went thru the usual repeating of your order script, but get this- she even said the words, thank you. Moving on to the pick up window, another polite person, but this time it was a man. That dynamic duo team is a winner!Now about my chicken... it was worth my wait time. My chicken was fried golden brown. Every bite was crunchy licking good. It was perfect to taste as well. Dang it was really good. I can not leave my biscuits out. They were hot and fresh too just like my chicken. Yep- I order only chicken, biscuits, and I asked for honey. I was very impressed with my service. I was satisfied with my food. Well done to a special particular Tuesday special crew, the week of this Friday review.

This is a assistant manager singing while I'm eating my mediocre spicy chick strips. Zoom in. That is a co-worker laying on the bench with her head in his lap. I can't make this s**t up. The calories aren't worth the disgust and meeeeh food. Opt for Cane's down the road

This place is filthy inside and out. The chicken was dried out and tasteless, the biscuit the size of a quarter. I'm done with Popeyes forever.This turned my stomach!!!!! Wish I could give them a -1.

I asked for a Tuesday special (had to repeat myself too many times). Employees laughing in people face because they got the order wrong, luckily I don't have mental problems or rage issues because your employee would have been injured.

His is mostly for the online ordering app! We have done it twice. The first time, we went through the drive thru, then they could not find our order. No one cared! There was a ton of employees standing at the window and were just " sorry", you have the wrong location! I had to argue show them the receipt and finally they got a manager and he finally got the order Together, no apology.. nothing . Today we tried again , went through the drove thru and they didn't have the fish sandwich or Mac and cheese. They could care less, they said that you had to call Corp for a refund or I could switch to the chicken sandwich ! My wifes a pescatarian!!! They didn't give a shit! Never going back

Went to this location today and was not pleased. Since the pandemic it has been hard to find Cajun rice seems like they've discontinued it. Their menu clearly has it displayed but they don't have it. Why advertise something you don't have? That's called false advertisement
