Hey what can I say it's Popeyes chicken. If you want some really good season spicy chicken this is the best place to get chicken from and fast food in my opinion.Food: like I said above you cannot go wrong with Popeyes fried chicken. I always get a spicy chicken because I really like the flavor I also put a lot of the hot sauce on it as well. The mashed potatoes are actually very good. They have really good sides. They have great biscuits. The chicken is always cooked to perfection and taste really good. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal or Popeyes chicken. I suggest downloading the app that way you can save some money because Popeyes chicken is not cheap or fast food.Once again I've been supporting Popeyes chicken for many years and I'll continue to do so. I have noticed several new locations popping up all around northwest Houston. They must be doing good and they must be selling a lot of chicken because I could find a Popeyes chicken on every street corner of seems like. Keep up the good work Popeyes chicken

Another chapter in the saga for the perfect chicken sandwich.....or at least one good enough to justify avoiding horrific drive lines waiting at Chick-fil-A.The Classic Chicken here came close. With a faint rosemary seasoning in the wonderful batter, taste was excellent. Size was impressive....perhaps too impressive? Seeming made from an entire half breast, it was VERY thick and "chewy," (less charitably known as "rubbery."The store was clean, the service was friendly, and the manager sold the sandwich's unique flavoring. I'd return for the Red Beans and rice side, or even just a biscuit.....but sadly, not for the sandwich.The quest continues....

Just ordered my son and I dinner. They almost forgot his drink. The cashier seamed completely lost. When we got home I realized they didn't give us any of the sauce we asked for.

Literally every single time I visit this location, they are out of something. Consistency is key and they are definitely consistent in not having menu items. This location is plain terrible, from management whom I've had be rude before, to service. I only try them out every now and then cause it's so close to my house. But I really just need to act as if it's not even there cause it's a waste of time even trying to get into the parking lot.

Food was good. Service on the other hand.....First the employee that took my order in the drive thru didn't give me my receipt and took a while to give me back my card. Second they don't even bother to put the fries in the little fry bag.

This place doesn't have no honey for awhile now and are not giving out receipts with our meal! What happened Popeyes no honey for our biscuits? And out of paper !

I will never ever order or return to this location again I had ordered from the Popeyes app specifically because it was a free delivery fee. If it was over $15 , I ordered two chicken sandwiches with fries the 12 piece wing with fries and popcorn shrimp with fries and a biscuit, my popcorn, shrimp and biscuit was never delivered , I called to tell them it was missing and I was told that I was not charged for the popcorn chicken, which I definitely was so then both receipts the paper receipt and the online receipt matched up , I just disconnected the call and disbelief and went up to the store only for them to tell me that my order was canceled and I canceled it. How the fuck am I gonna cancel my order, and I ordered it online and was charged for the complete amount as stated on both the receipt paper and online they told me that all they could give me was a biscuit and I would have to contact the app support for more information so needless to say, my mom did not get her popcorn shrimp tonight. I'll never be returning to the store or ordering from there. Eric was Manager did not give a shit at all and then was trying to speak in Spanish to his coworkers but yo puedo hablar español también putos and I will be getting all my money back

If I could give it a 0 star I would. After waiting for 30 mins I asked how long more ? And they responded with they haven't made the chicken nor put inside the oven. So I was waiting for nothing. Best believe I'm calling corporate. There was 5 workers and only two where actually working and the rest where standing doing NOTHING. Also saw no one wearing gloves. Coworkers where fighting, others were flirting. Bad ambiance. They are making Popeyes look BAD! NOT COMING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. Or a Popeyes if all of them are like this location.

Arrived at 4:37pm in the drive-thru, no one answer to take my order. I said hello several times. After no response, I drove to the window to place my order , no one was there. 2 minutes later a young man arrived and said since he didn't catch my order if I would drive back around and try placing it again. I told him absolutely not!I then asked to speak withthe manager. I told her what happened she clearly seen I was NOT happy! She then took my order and asked if I pull up by the trash, then someone would bring out my order.Other cars behind me was asked to wait as well. Were all just waiting. At 5:10, I drove back through the drive-thru and asked for a refund. The guy, told the manager and Finally they handed me my food.This Popeys, has very bad customer service and they clearly have staffing issues. I will never be back to this location, and it's only 3 minutes from my house.Too bad, I have to catch the Popeys on1960 to get good service! Upper management needs to get Involved to ensure customers have a better experience!
