The place seems to be family owned and has some charm. The food was ok but it was expensive for what it was.

Real good authentic food. Brought me back to when my family would get together. Friendly staff, food is amazing. From the drinks to the food you'll be in heaven. I've been coming here for a long time and have not been disappointed at all.

Been coming to this establishment for years and it is always so delicious! I ordered two Pollos ala brasa (Peruvian braised chicken) & an arroz con pato (rice w/ duck) & they were delicious per usual.

Their ceviche was very good although the fish was room temperature. Their Rotisserie chicken was amazing same as their fries and their salad. They have Inca kola, chicha and Kola Inglesa. Good variety of Peruvian dishes such as salchipapas, lomo saltado, jalea, arroz de mariscos, etc.Excellent service!

Papa a La HuancainaThis spot is interesting, especially for the area its in. I tried the Papa a la Huancaina, mixed ceviche, and Salchipapa for appetizers. The papa was pretty good, it was different. The mixed ceviche was very fresh and tasty. The salchipapa I did not like it was french fries with what tasted like a cheap hot dog cut over it . It looked like they slapped the dish together for some child. It really doesn't fit their menu and should get rid of it or alter it. For entrees I tried the Aji de Gallina and Cau Cau. The aji sauce on the chicken was probably a little richer than it should have been and the tripe in the Cau Cau was pretty tasty and well seasoned. For dessert we got a flan that had a different name but tasted like normal subpar flan. There was also a cookie-like dessert with powdered sugar on top and that one was pretty tastyPapa a La Huancaina albeit slightly overpriced. I would come back here another time or 2 but probably not more than that.

I move to Houston a year ago and I have been looking for Pollo a la Brazas, authentic Peruvian flavor and not just your regular rotisserie chicken flavor. So far this is the best I've had around the Houston area. Their (Aji) the green salsa they give you with your order is super delicious and very spicy, so if you like spicy salsa I highly recommend it. They serve your pollo with french fries and a salad. This place is far from my house but it's totally worth the drive when I am craving Peruvian rotisserie chicken! Is a bit over price but is worth the craving I wish they had something closer to my side of town towards cypress, but for now this is the spotThe area is a little shady but I always take it to go.

Best Peruvian food in town. The Pollo on the Brasas is on point. The ceviche, Tamal and papa a la guancaina are definitely worth eating. Don't forget to finish it with Inka cola so refreshing.

Great Service. We came on a Tuesday night and it was empty. Ordered the mixed ceviche and lomo saltado? The beef dish. Really good! By far; the most authentic peruvian ceviche in Houston!! Id definitely recommend. Id come back. This place has great food and questionable vibe (referring to the area)

Doesn't look like much when you get to the establishment. The restaurant didn't have a lot of what they offered on the menu and when we ordered we told them to have our meals in separate checks. After our meals they gave us one check and we had asked them that we asked for separate checks and they were just continually arguing with us and rolling their eyes. After receiving our 3 separate checks we found out that they charged us 20% for each check. We were beyond furious and they were just laughing as we were leaving. WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AGAIN. Worst service ever
