Poke House

Today is the last time I get a bowl from you all. I gave it 4 chances hoping that it was just a one-time situation. I don't see the point in paying $17 for a bowl when the rice is hard and grainy - hard enough so that the grains ball up and I have to break them up.Sad that you all think that's ok. It was good when you all first opened but now - it's just not fresh - it's not the same.I'd rather get a meal at Tap across the street at that price. Even chipotle's rice is better served. Byyyeeeeee.

Not good. Didn't enjoy it at all. Threw most of it away. Shameful. Extremely disappointing. I won't say more as I am trying to be honest and as nice as possible.

Food arrived fresh and presented in a beautiful bowl with cute napkins and chopsticks. I ordered delivery so did not see the inside but the location is convenient on Lincoln road. The taro chips are very small though which makes it difficult to dip into the hummus. Overall great food!

When this location first opened, it truly was the cream of the crop and a great value for your buck with such great portions given.Now, the portions given are truly questionable. Not sure if they are having issues attaining some ingredients but I don't think that is, considering the conversations they have amongst themselves while making the bowl, telling each other "you are serving too much, you need to serve less than that."Not even ordering a large get you more...it's actually much less.

I love poke bowls, so I will always love to try a poke bowl from different restaurants. I recently tried a Sunny Salmon Bowl from Poke House Miami and I am impressed. Fresh salmon was served with white rice, avocado, edamame, red cabbage, special dressing, avocado cream and topped with sesame seeds. It was so fresh and refreshingly good and tasty! They have a store at 955 Alton Road in Miami Beach. And you can also order through Uber Eats. The owners also gave me a letter with a brief history of Poke House. Started in California, then to Europe, and now back home to the US where their dream originally started. Thank you Matteo and Vittoria for opening a branch here in Miami Beach. :-) I will definitely try your other house specials and signature recipes. Poke House. Californian Soul, Hawaiian Taste indeed.

The food here is really good. A bit expensive but fresh and flavorful. I often order this place for delivery, this time i decided to go eat there, it's located inside Alton Food Hall which has a cool cafeteria vibe but is still a work in progress and has a lot of empty spots. They advertise about 20 restaurants online and only had 5 to choose from when we went including 2 that were from "upstairs" which are closed kitchens that work for pick-up only. We ordered something from each of the 3 you could sit down at and this is the only one worth mentioning.We split a large bowl with salmon/tuna. They were out of wakame but had all the other traditional toppings. They limit how many you can have though and avocado is of course extra so our one bowl was 22$ The fish was fresh though and the staff is nice. I'm sure we'll order it again for delivery but i doubt we go back to the food hall, lincoln eatery has more options and a better atmosphere

Great serving size but a bit pricey like most of South Beach! It tasted great and fresh

The food over all is good, I always grab food to go.. but that's not what I'm here for. The BROWNIEEEE is delicious!! A must try for chocolate fudge lovers. Gooey And amazing

We are experienced poke lovers and this sadly makes the very bottom of our list. Servings are small and toppings are limited to 4 for a regular bowl and 5 for a large. They put so little crunchies on the top they were unnoticeable. We tried several sauces and none were impressive. Bowls in general have very little flavor. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed sitting outside.

They're bowls are goodHowever their proportions have gone down for the large bowl. They're protein options have changed online. Ordering online is a hassle through DoorDash because it's always giving you an error, and it's not a DoorDash issue that they can fix, it's through the store.Impossible to order over the phone because they never answer. Door dash has tried getting a hold of them multiple times to address the issue and they also never answer.
