Love that there are gluten free options here, particularly the sauces and marinated proteins! I got the shrimp and marinated tuna with various toppings on brown rice. No complaints! I liked that there were marinated protein options, versus just plain. I thought the sauce quantity was appropriate and didn't overwhelm the whole bowl with salt. I'm still not sure what is special about the OG sauce, other than being just soy sauce. There was a little contradiction/confusion on the menus we found online as to what was and was not gluten free, so we did call to clarify. For example, crab sticks/kani are NOT gluten free, but you have to find the PDF menu to see that, not just the website. Though not typically gluten free, they do have a gluten free ponzu sauce option. I thought the quantity was plenty and made for a filling meal!
