I've been known to go to some pretty shady spots for good food but this restaurant makes me rethink my adventurous spirit. We were having a breakfast get together at the office (I knowwwwww I have the best co workers right) This restaurant was suggested by a few people but we were warned ... the food is awesome but the neighborhood isn't the best. Me and my very adventurous girlfriend hopped in the car to go order the food. How bad could it be? Holy smokes they were NOT kidding ... the area is VERY drug infested , they openly sell and use drugs right outside of the restaurant and males and females of all ages and races were walking up and down the street like zombies. I was ready to go but SHE (yes her ... my super adventurous friend who happened to be driving ) said "I mean we're already here, we might as well try it." The food was delicious traditional breakfast food but .... FYI ... I went back and forth questioning myself about the star rating . Is it fair to the business to base my rating on elements outside of the business

Came here for brunch and was not disappointed! Food is cooked quickly, quality of food is simple yet hits the spot, very affordable prices all around, spacious enough to seat small groups, and great service and staff.If its your first time here, I highly recommend their home fries and french toast. You can customize your order in various ways such as adding onions and peppers to your home fries, having your bacon cooked either soft or crispy, and adding cheese to any of the items. Although this mom and pop breakfast restaurant doesn't hold any of the fancier breakfast items like eggs benedict, huevos rancheros, salmon lox platter, ect., they know how to cook classic breakfast foods the simple yet tasty way that leaves you satisfied in a non heavy or food coma inducing way. It's located in South Philly and is one of the longer standing breakfast restaurants, trusted by locals who regularly go for some nice breakfast/brunch food. They're opened from 6:00 - 2:30pm everyday (2:00pm on Sundays), 7 days a week. Stop on by and give this mom and pop breakfast restaurant a try, you won't be disappointed!

I believe this will be the easiest review I ever done in my life. The worst food ever, they serve the most disgusting coffee in foam cup which I had to ask them to return it. I do not recommend anybody who care about what you are eating to go to this place.

Point Breakfast was a very nice surprise. It's a cute mom and pop shop with unbeatable value. It helps that the food is actually pretty good. Our waitress was great, too.

There is hell...earth..heaven..and then there is Point Breakfast. God knew he was below this place. The food is out of this world and he now replaced every one of my favorite places as I will only eat here for now on!!! so damn good, who knew home fries and a bacon and egg sandwich and pancakes could literally turn a bad year into a good onejust one single breakfast, and the price amazing. Just come to Az please

Services and food wa good. My favorites are fish and grits. and the breakfast sandwich with cheese eggs spinach and bacon.

This place is more like a takeout. There are table and chairs, but the food is served on styrofoam.The waitress recommended home fries and from the picture it looked good with peppers and onions.Nope, just a bunch of potatoes. After adding peppers and onions ($2 extra), I realized she forgot my toast; after that she forgot to bring jelly after offering it. She was very nice and not rude in anyway, just forgot the details of the order...
