Pochino Italy

I have been here twice now, everything I have had has been good. Nothing has blown me away being spectaular (except maybe dessert) but everything is solid and worth a try. some of my thoughts on the food:gnocchi: a refreshing opportunity to have gnocchi from a fast casual spot. i thought it was a bit soft almost mashed potato like texture, but it was much better than the gummy ones you buy in stores and cook yourselfpenne/spaghetti: fresh pasta is a nice thing to have. it was all a little chewy, but i think this is how it is supposed to bepomodoro sauce: great, loved it. amatriciana: i didn't care for all the soft fatty pork in this, its personal preference of course but i like bacon crispybolognese: very nice, this was my overall favoritepanna e funghi: this was OK, i have had mushroom cream sauces i liked better i think this one was a bit heavy for my tastespinsa margarita: i liked the crust on this, sauce and cheese were good my only issue was that you only got cheese with some of the bites, the rest were just sauced breadvanilla bean gelato cookie sandwich: honestly amazing, and it need to be at $6.50/ea and 500 calories - def a shared dessertI think the portion sizes were good for a meal size, but i think the price for them is pretty highThe service was great, they were well staffed and everyone was polite.I can't quite go 5 stars bc the prices are pretty high for the offering and because there is no option to add a protein. I would have thought there was a protein add on like some of the other "build your own from our bar" type spots

Very new place. You go in and choose your sauce and pasta type. They also have pizzas. The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was clean, bright, and had free wifi. You order at the counter, and the staff brings your food to you. Someone checked on our drinks and food while we were eating twice. So 5 stars for service!I ordered the amatriciana sauce with the tagliatelle. I was disappointed that you couldn't add a protein. Would have loved some chicken on it. The sauce was excellent. However, the pasta didn't seem right. I love homemade, fresh pasta, but what I got seemed gummy. After a few minutes, my noodles fused together into a clump. I think I would try this place one more time one more time after they've been open a little longer just to see if it is improve. Like I said, the sauce was excellent. I hope the pasta improves.

We tried Pochino today for lunch and it was delicious!! A very authentic taste all around! We enjoyed their pasta and pizza! The staff was very sweet and welcoming! They had good music playing and just over all great ambiance. Our kids were treated to dessert and even got some goodie bags! It was their grand opening weekend, so glad we were able to stop by and enjoy their yummy food! Can't wait to stop by again!!

Tasty pasta, a touch too cooked for me, but I'm an al dente girl. I would eat here again and I would try the gnocchi. I loved the Gelato sandwich cookie. The restaurant is clean and modern. The staff is friendly, enthusiastic, inviting and attentive. I would have loved to add a protein. I'll be back for sure. 4 stars and that's a good thing!

The food is amazing, traditional Italian. Think a fast casual version of Mirko. I don't even like cannoli, but I crave theirs.

The prosciutto pizza with their housemade pesto base was delicious! And the personal size is more than enough for one person.

Prosciutto pizza was excellent and service was fast and friendly. Will be back to try the in house made pasta!

I've taken my family of 20 here on more than one occasion and have always had excellent food, service and wasn't crushed at the register. The gnocchi is my favorite and I come up from Sandy Springs regularly to get food for my household....and drive it back 30 min each way....everything keeps amazing too, almost as good the second day as it is fresh...almost :) The store itself is always super clean....There's WiFi and ports for charging your kids electronics.....

Food was amazing and the staff were very gracious. The ingredients were fresh and the quality was high. The only disconnect was eating premium food in a fast casual environment. If you go, try their version of an ice cream sandwich.... unbelievably delicious.

Definitely has potential but needs better execution. Pasta was way over cooked so was spaghetti mush. Sauce with added sausage was fine, not cravable but good enough. The pizza...crust was crispy but not enough cheese on pizza and sauce was just meh.
