Love Planet Smoothie and so does my grandson. Great healthy alternative for a quick pick me up. Always good service at this location.

Having recently moved to North Carolina, I noticed the are was lacking in Robeks and Jamba Juice locations. When I saw Planet Smoothie, I got excited (I'm a sucker for a good smoothie). Parking was a bit hectic but we lucked out with a spot close to Planet Smoothie. There were quite a few customers waiting which meant this place has to be good. The employees were very friendly and quick with all of the orders. My husband ordered a large Amazon Kick and I ordered a large Twig & Berries (ya, that's what it's really called haha). Both were SO good! We both agreed that this is our new smoothie place.

This business is located in a shopping plaza with other businesses so there is shared parking in front of and near the store. Several tables are located inside of the business for those that want to dine in. The store was clean and decorated nicely with bright colors. The clerk was very friendly and personable during my visit. There are a variety of smoothies available for purchase. You can also get add-ins like protein or energy smoothies. On this particulate visit I chose to try the PBJ smoothie. The clerk advised me that was a good choice. I agree with her. The smoothie contained peanut butter, strawberries, milk, vanilla and yogurt and it tasted just like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. It was really good. I would def get this smoothie again next time!

This is my favorite smoothie place around. You can buy reusable cups (medium sized) that get 10% off every visit. My absolute favorites are the PB Dragonfruit Riptide and the Rio Berry Bliss, but the PBJ is also very good. They are happy to customize your order if you have a special request and make the smoothies really quickly. I wish I could come here more often!

Upon writing this review, I haven't had a smoothie from the outside world in about a year - I'm not sure why. This may impact my review but in any case, it was so yummy! I needed a quick lunch so I did opt for a larger size Java The Nut smoothie. Perfectly blended and delicious. I think the price was fair given what you're getting. The staff was very nice and the store was clean. I must have come during a slow time, or perhaps it's due to COVID, but it was quick and parking was easy. I do understand this area does get very congested. I certainly will be back to try other smoothies. I love the online ordering option. They are practicing social distancing and requiring masks.

Stopped in to use a birthday "free upgrade" coupon. First off, if you are in a rush, you might want to reconsider, mainly due to ridiculously crowded parking lot! Once Lily Mae's and First Watch opened, you are lucky to find parking over here. The poor BB&T customers rarely can find parking to use the dang bank!Back to my review - sweet employees, all greeted me and were friendly.Store is spotless and so cheery! Menu is very bright and easy to read. Prices are right along the top and calories are listed, which I really like. I chose a chocolate chimp and upgraded to the 44 oz, grabbed two extra cups to split it up. It's huge! Drink is pretty good - the texture reminds me of a custard almost, a little too "soft" for me, but overall a good drink. I'd try something else next time. Pricey - $8.99 AFTER my free upgrade coupon. Beware that parking lot. It'll give you a headache.

Waited in line twice and ignored 2young girls both times as they acknowledged girl came in behind me helped her and let her leave. Still ignored me, never greeted or helped. Left and went to Tropical Smoothie

Got the Java Nut smoothie, just the pick me up I needed. The staff was very kind, courteous, and even helped me pick the drink I got. They don't have a great set up for people waiting for their drinks, we were all kind of just standing around but the middle of the restaurant trying to socially distance.

Vini Del Roco Smoothie. This is one of the original flavors they have before they closed their other locations. I really miss having locations in Cary and Raleigh. It's a shame it's all the way in wake forest but glad I was able to swing by while I was out this way
