Pitruco Pizza

Pitruco recently catered our wedding at a local brewery for with 60 guests. Our guests have not stopped raving about the food- many saying it's the best food they've ever had at a wedding!The team was on time, did a great job with the set up/clean up and timed the dishes perfectly to meet the needs of our guests and the run of show. Plus, the staff did a great job at accommodating for dietary restrictions which helped all guests feel included at the festivities. Jonah was easy to work with in planning for the wedding and was quick and clear in all communications. Would highly recommend having the Pitruco Food Truck cater your next event!

The service: Ordered from the food truck for later. I arrived one minute before my time and my pizza literally popped out the oven and was given to me piping hot! This is not a fluke as it happened the second time I went too! There was minimal wait time also! Only a few patrons standing around even though many people were coming and going for pickup. The food: For the price, I thought the pizza was a good size. I enjoyed the taste of the crust a lot and it was cooked to wood-fired perfection with a little char. I think the sauce is pretty good, but not my favorite - I would still eat it again. The toppings and ratio of sauce to cheese were perfect. *Definitely 4.5/5 and worth trying again!

Our wedding day was incredible, and it wouldn't have been possible without the team at Pitruco that catered for nearly 200 guests! From the moment we tasted their pizzas from the local truck, and found out they catered, we knew they were the perfect choice for our big day. They not only met our expectations but exceeded them in every possible way.From the initial consultation to the wedding day itself, the team was easy to work with and on top of it. They went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences and special dietary needs, making sure that every guest was well taken care of (they made gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options!). The variety of pizzas offered is great and the non-pizza appetizers and salads were a big hit as well! The service provided by the food truck was top-notch. We got compliment after compliment from our guests. If you're looking to add delicious food with a relaxed vibe we wholeheartedly recommend Pitruco. They handled a large event with ease and were incredibly reasonably priced. Overall a standout vendor and we can't recommend them enough!

This pizza is so good!! Compared to the places around it, this place stands out. So good. I tried the sausage, pepperoni and margarita, I couldn't get enough. Now we order it at work for almost every meeting/review we have lol.

Margarita pizzas from Pitruco taste very fresh. One of the best pizzas I've had in university city.

One of my top favorite pizza places in Philly! I usually order a couple of times a month. Get the Spicy Garlic pizza! And whatever the special is - they're always delicious and unique. I also love the Mushroom pizza and the Sausage pizza. The House Salad is bomb as well and they don't skimp on ingredients.

Omg. I don't have words. Completely stopped at this food truck on a whim during our walk tonight and we're blown away. The eggplant was AMAZING!! Run don't walk if you see this truck.

So so good! I've had Pitruco at Franklin's table and at the food truck and it is delicious. Thank you for coming out to Carpenter's Lane in Mount Airy on Fridays! Our family's Friday pizza night is absolutely transformed now that we have Pitruco!!!!!!!

We used Pitruco to cater our wedding with 80 guests. The food was one the highlights of the night. Everyone absolutely loved every dish and pizza that came out of the truck. Having that truck with its beautiful pizza oven pull up to our wedding was so cool. They were super accommodating for any dietary restrictions. Planning out the night with them was a breeze as well. We'll be customers for life!
