My husband and I went this past Monday. It was around lunch time. We were seated right away. There wasn't many people there. We ordered the potato skins which was good. He order soup and sandwich and I ordered the pirates peg legs. The soup was ok as was his club sandwich. The potato and sauce was good with mine but the chicken was a bit undercooked as the bone was still a bit pink. It was good but I can find this at most restaurants. I was expecting a more varied menu. Maybe we try the dinner next time and see how that fares.

From the outside nautical theme, I thought it would be mainly seafood. From the decor on the inside again, seafood. Overall menu, it has a little bit of many things to satisfy a few tastes. It is smaller with most of the tables seating 6 or more. We ordered the chicken peg legs (drumsticks with the meat pushed to the end. We also ordered the all hands on deck fried seafood platter. Catfish, shrimp, crawfish tails and 3 oysters. Although there was no hostess station at the front door when you walk in, the staff was attentive, and quick to seat us, quick to take our orders and put them in. The kitchen from my observations (is an open kitchen) is sending out partial orders. There is a lot of food just sitting waiting to be delivered. They do not have an expediter to coordinate food deliveries to ensure the whole table gets their food. I do not see too much communication between the open kitchen and the. Back kitchen. I know it's is newly opened, it is going to take some time and a little pain to get the machine working right, but there needs to be someone at the helm to control the ship. I don't see it so far. 30 minutes and no food. Ok. Just got the food, honestly the tomato gravy is a butter chicken sauce and it's tasty. My daughter likes the chicken and the mashed. The all hands on deck was not a favorite. The catfish was well prepared, but needed seasoning. I really had my hopes up that with the theme, seafood would have been great. Again, it is only their 2nd night open. I will give it a month to try some more items. Maybe even breakfast this weekend because I am a biscuits and gravy nut. I hope they work on coordinating staff and seasoning the seafood.

We visited Saturday afternoon the reception by the staff was very warm and welcoming. The decor was fun and staff were all dressed in pirate costumes which was really fun. We ordered oysters and Rockefeller oysters which were outstanding. I had a Bloody Mary which had bacon with all the dressing and was great. I looked at the food being served and it all looked great and huge portions. We will be back

I wasn't sure what to prepare for as we entered this establishment, but was intrigued and amazed when we were greeted at the door by the pirate and seated at a dining table fit for a captains crew. I could see that several tables had been reserved for groups that attended shortly after we arrived. Food was absolutely delicious. Someone came and asked if we were enjoying our dining experience, so I asked who was responsible for coming up with this lavish atmosphere, and much to my amazement, we were actually talking with the owner. What a fascinating and enjoyable experience. We will be eating there again.

My husband and I have been twice in person and once picked up amazing burgers to-go. Each time the food was excellent and the service was prompt and friendly. We really love the ambiance and decor too. Clean as well. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone of any age.

This place has been only opened no more than 3 weeks and the food is so amazing. All of their items are fresh, nothing is frozen except the French fries. The breakfast was superb and the prime rib is to die for. The service was impeccable. Very clean and unique ambiance.

This place is fun. I'm not sure what we expected our first visit to this eatery. I imagined servers dressed in pirate themed costumes, I guess. The decor is Victorian nautical, and the menu items reflect a theme, "Salty dogs", "Peg legs", etc. It's fun. But what we were really most impressed with was the quality of the food. I ordered the "All Hands on Deck" seafood platter, was allowed to substitute crawfish for the oysters, and everything, including the catfish, was cooked to perfection. My daughter got a salad that included salmon and said it was excellent. She's worked as a waitress and noted the service was great, as well. That's high praise coming from her.The dessert menu offers excellent choices, and we were pleased with all but one item. The pistachio pie wasn't what my daughter had expected, but the cheesecake and brownie pie were excellent. The owner came out to address us when he found out about the pie, but I assured him that we enjoyed the experience. That was the only critique. I hope this place is successful. It makes for a fun, unique, swashbuckling experience for the local area.

This place certainly commits to its pirate's theme in decor, furniture and costuming. Life sized statues of pirates and their companions start appearing in the parking lot of the bright blue building and continue their way onto the walls and ceilings in the brightly lit dining room. The ceiling beams are adorned with sails and staff all wear pirate attire. Lots of thought went into interior design. Would the food be as brilliant? We started our meal with an appetizer cleverly named an island planks. Essentially this was a crostini with arugula, beef, goat cheese and a drip of balsamic vinegar glaze. Tasty. Score one for the appetizers. For mains we had the orange salmon and the pork shank. The orange salmon dish came with your choice of two sides and we opted for Brussels sprouts and onion rings. The fish was cooked well and the orange flavor enhanced it. Sprouts were flavorful and quickly eaten. Onion rings battered and crisp. The pork shank was utterly craveable. Charred yet tender and sitting on a bed of silky mashed potatoes swimming in onions, mushrooms and what is billed as a gravy but read more Au jus, this is a dish worth returning for. The menu is expansive and runs the gamut from hot dogs to seafood. Not as clearly aligned with the pirate theme, it has options for all.

Pirates Paradise, for breakfast. Very wacky and fun decor. Conversation was hilarious and theme appropriate. It was wonderful. I couldn't wait for lunch to try this place. Bacon and potatoes cooked perfect. How can a pirate place have such a great breakfast? I don't know but they scored! I'll be back for lunch and dinner. Service was beyond expectations.

We ordered burgers "The Porker & Mushroom Burger" they were bland tasted as if it came from those Sam's club value bag, fries meh. Wife had hush puppies and they were ok. Service was great for an establishment that was full on a Friday evening. They seated us quickly and we did not wait long for our food to arrive . Ambiance was good for kids or if you want something quirky. Prices on menu are high you pay for the decor.
