Pipeline Pizza

So we got a coupon from this place and my daughter and I decided to try it out and bang it WAS great! Definitely will go back.....

This place is a hidden gem, deep in the heart of Pasadena! The service is seriously amazing! Every single employee today was super nice and went out of their way to make sure my family and I had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Hats off to the owner of this beautiful establishment! The place was super clean and neat and loved the decor and ambiance of the restaurant! The workers were so nice and served us with a smile! It's nice to see teenagers going out of their way to make every guest feel welcomed which is something special about this place! Please make sure to stop by and enjoy a nice pie with them Food was excellent and the cucumber drink was an excellent choice recommended by our server. Will be back again this weekend

Great food, great pizza, and great for the community!They offered a free pizza to federal workers during the govt shutdown. It was much appreciated! Service was excellent, and the food tasted great! We had the combination pizza, garlic parmesan wings, and BBQ ribs. All of the food was fresh and flavorful. Highly recommended!

Always a good place i choose to carry out, food is always good and delivery is no exception, a nice kept place too.

We ordered $80 worth of grilled cheese. When it was delivered my order was wrong and we were missing part of the order. When I called they transferred me to the manager. He asked me if I opened all the boxes and checked the bag. Yes everything is open and the bag is empty. He then asked if I opened the sandwiches. Yes. Do they have green in them? No, I already stated there was no avocado. He then told me to quit talking and proceeded to hang up on me! He stayed that he isn't supposed to have any customer interaction (well clearly you lack that skill) since it was ordered through DoorDash. Three times he hung up on me. He refused to give me a name. On my last attempt he stated they could remake the whole order and send it to me. At this point I assumed it would be spit in or rubbed on the floor so I stated all I wanted at this point was his name. He again refused. I need to be contacted by someone immediately about this order.

This place has always had great food, and a great atmosphere while dining in. There are plenty of options to choose other than pizza and it all taste fantastic. Lately, I noticed the initiative the workers are putting in to continue working hard and pleasing their customers during the covid-19 crisis. Using gloves and masks to bring food out to customers.From good food to customer service, these guys got it all down.

Pizza was good. Crust is medium thick. Ingredients tasted fresh. Staff helpful and attentive. Atmosphere was kinda loud, but not overly. If you live near it then definitely worth going. If you don't live close then it's probably not worth the drive.

Pretty much had the place to ourselves around opening on Saturday. Ordered a large Pipeline combination and a large spinach and artichoke. Pizza came out perfect, cheesy and crispy, a very nice surprise since usually we go to the other place across the street. Have to say coming from a meat lover, but that spinach and artichoke was the star. We ordered without the onions and it still delivered with this creamy freshness that popped at every bite. Service never missed a beat with promptness and hospitality. The restaurant had the feel of a pizza parlor and was very clean. Definitely became a fan of Pipeline Pizza and looking forward to our next visit.

The pizza is delicious and the service was great. The dinning area was clean and comfortable. If I get back to this area, I will eat here again.

Spanky's used to be my favorite pizza place but the sauce is too spicy and gives me heartburn. Then I found this place pipeline pizza and this pizza was perfect but they recently changed their sauce too a spicy sauce and not only does it give me heartburn, but it makes my stomach hurt too. I don't know if anybody else is getting the same symptoms but I do not recommend this place anymore.
