Pine Island Country Store

In the middle of no where there is a gem. Reminds me of a upscale Cracker Barrel on steroids! I went by myself on off peak time on a Friday. Still had a few patrons in it have burgers. Cozy diner feels. I had the Cheese Bricks to start with. They were some really good fried mozzarella cheese sticks (pic posted). I also had the chicken fried cow, aka chicken fried steak. It was bigger than I expected. The service was friendly as well. My personal experience was a good one. I went back the next night and got the Barn Burger (1/2lb 44 farms beef) it was good. I kinda wished it had pickles on it, but the patty was seasoned well and had a good beef flavor. I will go back many times. What a brunch! Chicken Fried steak between biscuits with a side of eggs was amazing but when you drown it with the sausage gravy, perfection. Everything was cooked with love. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing food and friendly staff. This place is the definition of southern hospitality if you cant find it anywhere else! Definitely recommend this fantastic spot. You can literally look out into the field and see where your food comes from! The owner of the restaurant is a very personable Man. He has ALWAYS stopped by our table to ask how our food and service is, and he always is busy and on the move, true definition of a hard worker. Pine Island Country Store will really will take care of you here and you will leave with a full belly because of how generous some* of their plates are! God Bless.

Fresh farm to table food! Took a farm tour after we ate lunch. Cute place a little hidden gem in Waller.

Amazing farm to table food, friendly staff, and the cutest greeters ever (the livestock guard dogs may meet you on your way in or out). Chicken is tender and well seasoned. Fries are hand cut and perfectly crispy and soft. Burgers are juicy and beefy. Don't miss this gem!

Our food came out in a timely manner. The shrimp plate which I got with mashed potatoes and vegetables was just ok. The chicken pot pit was pretty good. The biscuit was really great other than the fact that there was still dough on the inside.

This place is basically in our backyard! We like coming for breakfast but their burgers are awesome too!! The staff is always friendly too. The space is nice and they have a big open area in the back.

We love this place! The atmosphere, service and food are all top rated in my book. The staff is very nice. You get homemade farm-to-table large sized portion food. We frequent this location on a regular basis. They have added a very nice outside area that includes a bar and seating area. Great family-friendly environment. They also have big screen TVs and host local talent for live music. They have recently added karaoke. Their monthly Sunday breakfast/brunch buffet is affordable and delicious with plenty of food options. The owner is super friendly and is always greeting guests when he's not on the kitcheninr cooking and prepping food. They are even available for private events. This place does not disappoint.

Just meh. Pretty location when there is nothing else available in the area. Waitstaff was very slow. Food was mediocre.

First I can't wait to try more items from the menu! Lol The wonderful beginning started with some of the best rolls my tongue has ever had on it! Omg! Order more than what they give you! We had the cheese bricks as an app and loved them! We split the fried shrimp and the batter on the shrimp was delish!!!!! The waitress was very sweet and attentive. We will be back!!!!!
