PINCHO Burgers and Kebabs

How long do you need to be a part of a community to be a community staple? Idk the answer, but I'm calling it now, Pincho is a Cypress community staple! This gem is SUCH a special addition to the Cypress community! Are they Texas by blood? No. Are the burgers and sides priced a la carte. Yes. Are they still with a visit? Absolutely! Hailing from Miami, this fast casual spot is garenteed to wake your tastebuds from the suburban dead- well, atleast, that's what it did with mine! Since sampling all of the eats (yes, you read that right, near all), I've returned to enjoy the hangover burger (potato sticks and fried cheese, yes please), beef pincho (can't go wrong with the OG), and tostone burger (a surprise stunner). Credit to the Pincho dog as well...I don't even eat hotdogs, but this is not your Fourth of July hotdog, this thing is special! Pro tips:+if you're up for it ask for surprise pairings/ add one that pair with your burger of choice. Pickles work well on some, tomatoes on others, egg, even fried cheese if you're naughty! +Go beyond the traditional and try something new in addition to your classic order. This menu is packed with flavorful surprises!But whatever you do, if you take anything away from this review, I hope it's to visit them NOW before their lines look like Trill Burger!

Grabbing a bite to eat with my old man, and he was in the mood for a good burger. So we stopped in for an early dinner. It was a party! They had a dj, a balloon arch, and 25% off for first responders. The manager Otto was in the building, and his service was amazing as usual. We tried the Perfecto burger and my favorite Bacon me Gouda with cajun fries. We decided to split them so my dad could try both.Cooked to perfection with a little pink in the middle, and even though it was a packed house, the food came out quickly. Burgers are light but filling and packed with flavor. I always have a good experience here, yet this one felt extra special. Talking with the owner and multiple staff members asked me how I was enjoying my food and if I had any suggestions on how service could be better? Their customer service is unmatched and much appreciated.

Yay, a new burger place by the casa! Don't know if that is really a good thing cuz these burgers are really, really good.My mom loves a good burger. Almost 93 & she get a burger every Sunday. It makes her happy. I've been hitting all the local places & this place popped up so I decided to give them a try. The store is clean & the employees are extremely friendly & nice. I placed my order to go, grabbed my drink & found a table to wait at. I heard a couple people ask for extra pincho sauce so when my order was ready I did the same. And, boy howdy, was I glad because this is the perfect sauce for dipping your fries! Mom's house isn't far so the burgers & fries were still piping hot when we sat down to eat. I orderd the Pincho burger sans the potato sticks & cheese. The patties are thin, which I like & cooked to perfection. The bun was soft & fresh. Veggies crunchy. This place is definitely in the Sunday burger rotation! Prices are very reasonable!

Yum! A frequent customer eating here 4 times a week sometimes! Worth every penny! Love!

This location is easy to miss but it's right across from the Berry Center. They have a unique menu with savory flavor options that just melt in your mouth. Pincho's has one of the best burger joints in town.This is my third time here, and taste is consistent throughout all my visits. The service is ok, they messed up our order this time around, they were quick to rebuttal a solution. My Black Magic burger was rang up, but delivered without sauté onions. My Wife's Bacon me Gouda was delivered as the wrong burger because the cashier rang it up wrong. Additionally when they replaced her burger with the correct one, there was very little bacon inside. Sadly something is going on mentally, but that's life..things happen, it is a fast food experience. I'm just happy to have had lunch. It maybe a while before i come back, we'll see if things continue to decline or improve in my next visit.Additional note, I wish there was an option to order jalapeños grilled on the side or into the burger.

I heard the burgers were amazing here and had the opportunity to try one. It was amazing - I had the perfecto burger. Loved, loved how the flavors came together. I'm a huge fan of the cilantro sauce and that paired well the onions and cheese. The potato sticks add a nice unique touch of crunchiness to the burger. Loved it! My friend had the black magic burger sans the Swiss cheese and said it was possibly the best burger he's ever had. The cajun fries were ok, but somewhat overpriced at almost $5. They were a bit too crispy for my liking. I had the tostones last time and that was delicious. Will definitely have those again next time. I also tried the sweet potato tots with the apple butter. That wasn't bad! It was almost like dessert since the apple butter was sweet.I love the Americano/Latin/Mediterranean vibe here - there's some great options to choose from. Can't wait to come back!

This place just opened recently and I've been for lunch twice already. Their staff is great and the atmosphere is simple and fast. The food is so yummy. A bit on the pricey side and all al a carte which can make your lunch total feel like quite a bit.I ordered the vaca Frits bowl and it was good on its own but the cilantro salsa was the kicker! So so good and like I said, I have had it twice already.My coworker had the chicken kabob plate and she loved it. The rice is really perfect and well made. I also indulged and got the dolce milk shake. Thick and yummy! Sooo good. Will go again. I work in the area. See you soon!

Really excellent burgers. They are probably one of the best around. They are made fresh to order and the Cancun fries rock!

Great food, great service! Burgers are always fresh, and the kabobs are outstanding. So nice to have a non-fast food option for good burgers.

great fresh fast food. we are never disappointed and all orders are always ready fast. easy parking and friendly staff. we can't say enough good stuff about this place! the Latin bowl is one of my new faves.
