The chipotle of Italian food. Was excited to try this place because I have heard so much about it. Service was friendly and we were the only ones in the store at the time. My sister said that compared to the other piada she had been to this one didn't warm the pasta sauce as you walk along the bar which she does not like.I got the Chef's special piada with salmon. They had to fresh make the salmon so my piada took about another 10 min. And for the price of the add on salmon, I don't think it's worth it. The piada itself was yummy. The wrap was spicy and a nice balance of flavors.

So glad we have this in the area but I'm gonna have to give them a second try bc my first go wasn't too exciting. I got a salad for $14 that had maybe a tablespoon of small chicken pieces and honestly the girl hulled me on the salad.. see pic. So wasn't too happy about that.. it also didn't seem like she felt like helping us but that's another story. We also got basil pesto pasta which was good so Jo complaints there. The real highlight!!!!! Is the calamari!! Don't sleep on it. It's tender, fresh and they also have these little peppers that come with it! I mean, I'm coming back just for this. Like especially for this bc everything else was a little subpar, including the service. Well I guess just one staff member left a sour taste but everyone else was normal. If u come here, get the calamari. You wont regret it. It's doesn't taste frozen.

So I've been to this location a couple times, based off of recommendation for a friend. Honestly, the first time I wasn't too blown away, but my most recent experience was definitely some thing I wanted to write a review about! Not to say that the first time I visited, I had a bad experience, that is definitely not the case. This go round I just tried different when you items that really won me over. This go round my self and company enjoyed the power bowl with no protein, carbonara, pasta with grilled chicken, and the BLT Piada with grilled chicken. Everything tasted really great! The Powerbowl was super filling, I definitely didn't need to add a protein. I added feta to mine, which added the perfect creamy touch. I don't exactly remember the two things that they drizzled on top but that just made the bowl even more tasty. The grilled chicken in the pasta, and in the Piada was so flavorful and tender. The blackberry hibiscus lemonade was excellent. Even after riding around the car for a while, allowing a lot of the ice to melt, it was still perfect. I hope that one opens closer to me so I can frequent them more often! The staff was really great, very attentive and excellent multitaskers lol. Parking in this area can be a bit tough especially on the weekends. There are a bunch of stores in the small strip center and not enough parking spaces. Other things to note, we did have to ask the staff to clean our table as all the vacant ones were a little dirty. Also, when we ordered the pasta, they defaulted to the large size instead of asking which size we wanted. No big deal it's just something that we noticed after seeing somebody's smaller pasta lol again, no biggie. Just wanted to note that. Overall, I had a really great experience and will definitely be back!

Picture Chipotle and an Italian restaurant had a baby, that child would be Piada. Like many fast food chains that provide made to order food in front of the customer, Piada is the Italian "street" version of this concept. I've been to many of the locations throughout Houston, and was excited to see one open in the booming Aliana area. This location is pretty big, has a drive-thru, and plenty of seating room inside. As I walked in, the staff was very friendly, and greeted me with a smile, which is always nice. At Piada, you have the option of choosing between pre-made bowls, salads, pastas, and piadas (pretty much an Italian burrito/wrap). There is also the build-your-own option, where you can chose your own protein, veggies, and sauces for the mentioned above. I did a build your-own piada with crispy chicken, diavolo sauce, veggies (broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, and lettuce), and plenty of mozzarella! The piada comes to about 11 to 12 bucks, so not the cheapest spot, but descent. Mamma mia! I always got love for Piada, quick, fast and always friendly service. A good place to check out.

Really nasty food combinations. I ended up trashing the meal. There was also a long wait with only a few in the place.

My cousin picked me up something to eatwhile she was out and I loved her decision. She went during lunch time so I was rushed in ordering my food due to the line growing .My daughter ordered the BLT. She's not a big tomato eater but loved this Piada so much that she didn't even pick anything off. My baby girl had the chicken tenders she said they were ok. She's very picky. I had calamari (not pictured) which was delicious. It came with peppers which were spicy to me but everyone else said they weren't. I also got the carbonara pasta which was delicious as well and a portion big enough to share. The Piada stick was good but I love the garlic dough better. My cousin loved her pasta as well and was able to eat it for lunch and dinner. I'll be back.

So excited to try this new location! I will say there is a lot less seating than the sugar land location. We had trouble getting enough chairs and the downside was that there was not any staff bussing tables while we were there. Cleanliness needs to be improved. I could tell they had recently opened and were getting some kinks worked out. The service was slow as the staff was not quite used to the flow and menu yet. Everything was very friendly though. The food was great! Nothing to complain about in that area.

Pretty decent salad, pasta, and wraps here. My favorite would be the side orders of pepperoni/cheese sticks. This place is pretty pricy but food does taste good. I love their blt wrap with spicy fried chicken. I would consider this place almost like a chipotle concept with a different twist to it.

First time trying this spot out, and I was impressed. We ordered the carbonara and the diavolo with penne pasta, and both were delicious. The staff were pretty friendly as well. My only con would be the cleanliness of the restaurant. It was hard finding a clean table to sit at. They have a variety of options to choose from, and I plan on trying one of their salads next time.
