got Ciguatera after eating their sushi so I would definitely avoid this place as their fish is contaminated.Not sure why the owner left a comment accusing me of owning a restaurant and being a competitor? That's laughable. I do NOT and have never owned a restaurant and still have the medical records to prove the fish poisoning I got from your facility. In addition to the call to corporate I made regarding my experience. I was sick for MONTHS lost over 30lbs from constant vomiting. Do you add that comment to every customer that leaves a bad review? Weirdo.

Hey guys. So I go to the Yogis on camelback and 16th street all the time and the quality is night and day to each other. Look at my photo and see that they have me half a portion on my meal. Paid 12 dollars for rice and some chicken/steak. I even took a photo from two on another review from this location to provide some comparisons showing that they are DGAFing right now. I'll stick to the other location for now.

We just picked up our very LAST ORDER from 2156 E Baseline Phoenix AZ. We have been a long time customer but NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Our food was stone COLD. You have new staff at this store and they are RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. They have been out of hot mustard and sweet and sour sauce for months now. When I called after we got home I was hung up on. I have tried to reach the owner or Corporate office with no success. I now assume you no longer need my business since you as owner will not speak to customers. I guess you have so much business you don't care what customers think or how they are treated.0 stars

Love love loveeee! Such yummy food. But I wanna highlight the employee who was their this afternoon! He gave me the best customer service & was so sweet. He said my food would take 10 mins, I decided to wait in my car & 7-8 mins later he came out to my car with my food, he said it had came out early & he didn't want to let my food sit out & get cold! Super nice & sweet of him to do so!

Do not give this restaurant your business. Over the last month I have been dealing with the absolute most incompetent management over a plate of raw chicken. I was told by management that their employees are not allowed to refund orders or even remake orders for customers EVEN IF THE FOOD YOU PAID FOR IS NOT EDIBLE. Rather than making a new plate or offering a refund, I was told you write an email to management requesting a refund. I have been waiting for my refund for 3 weeks and now the manager is claiming he refunded the money and doesn't know why I never received it. Worst customer service in the valley. Take your money elsewhere.

Ordered (cold) sushi roll and (hot) teriyaki roll via UberEats; sushi packed on top of hot teriyaki bowl = warm inedible sushi (loose sloppy roll, which was literally falling apart, fillings spewed all over the container) 13 bucks in the trash. NO napkins, no utensils, no soy sauce, no ginger, no wasabi... absolute trash. Beyond disappointing!
