The Phoenician Tavern

This place is at the golf course at The Phoenician. It's a beautiful club house. You walk up the stairs to "The Tavern" and it over looks the green. It's beautiful. The staff is nice and great place to eat whether you golf or not! They have several tvs so you can catch your favorite game or in this case, the Olympics. I had the AZ Cobb salad. This was so good that I had it for lunch and dinner. It's a good size portion. I had a side of the truffle fries for lunch and they were good; however, it was a little bit too crispy. Kinda like crispy chips. They weren't the skinny fries nor potatoe wedges. I guess I'd say they were medium in thickness. For dinner I got the duck Parmesan fries. These were good. They are salty though and came with 3 different dips. I would recommend both (truffle & Duck Parmesan). I would definitely come back here again.

It's a Tavern but at the Phoenician.Pretty standard tavern menu, we had chicken club and French dip, well done but what stand out is the service and smile/attitude of the staff!.Was a wonderful Christmas Day experience

The food here is delicious! We had breakfast here twice and ordered "late night" room service while staying at the Phoenician. Idk if it's because Cotton + Mowry is closed and their staff is here or if this is how it usually tastes... but everything tasted top notch. Highly recommend it. If you are platinum or higher with Marriott, you can eat continental breakfast or order regular items and credit $37.50 towards your breakfast bill with the voucher.

Hubs and I stopped in here for lunch. The Phoenician is a beautiful hotel with a great course. There is a parking garage with a beautiful walk to The Tavern. Every employee we encountered was super friendly and there wasn't a wait when we stopped in. We ordered the classic Tavern burger, shrimp stuffed rigatoni and Mac n cheese. The burger was cooked perfectly and was super juicy. The tots were crispy and seasoned well. The shrimp stuffed rigatoni was full of flavor with plenty of shrimp stuffed into the pasta and crab on top. The Mac n cheese was nothing special but the kids enjoyed the leftovers lolOur server was so sweet and efficient. I don't remember his name but it started with an M. The place was clean, food tasted great only downside is prices are on the high side. Overall a nice spot for a meal.

During my staycation at The Phoenician, the first stop was The Phoenician Tavern. I made it for happy hour and tried some of the menu items. The wings were not my favorite. The tavern rub had no flavor, but the wings were cooked crispy which I liked. The brussel sprouts were really tasty. There's a burger on the menu called The Cowboy. Instead of the burger patty I ordered it with a grilled chicken breast. My sister and I split it with an order of duck fat fries. That sandwich was sooooo good. I have to go back to try it as a burger. The Nashville Hot Bites were good also. I loved the diced pickle garnish.Our waitress was nice and friendly but it took a while for her to come to the table when we first sat down and the table checks were very infrequent. The ambience was chill and the dining room had TVs around with sports playing which was nice. There are also nice views of the grounds since the tavern is on the 2nd floor.

Food was truly excellent pub fare, ambience was charmingly apres golf with lots of TV's and, service was fine. Good little resort spot.

The Phoenician tavern was delicious. We went for restaurant week and were surprised at the amount and quality of the food. Our waiter Patrick was super friendly and made the experience that much better.

This burger was massive. I know it's tough to cook a thick one like this so it was a little well but still had great flavor. I was full for the rest of the day. Service was oddly slow for how empty they were mid afternoon. Nice views on the patio if you sit out there.

Classic pub/tavern vibe. We were staying at the resort, so had to try it. Took forever to get our food. Some things were good, some okay, and some not good. Started with steamed mussels and half buffalo wings half dry spice rub wings. Mussels were actually great with the coconut lemongrass broth, my 9 year son said they were his favorite thing he ate on our trip. The wings were good, not great. Mushrooms were everyone's least favorite, don't get them. We all shared entrees, Chowda, pretty good, worth getting if you like chowderThe cowboy, we loved it, great flavor, thick bacon, the only downfall was the meat was over cooked. Patty melt, delicious! Those ale onions!! Loved it!Waygu pastrami Ruben, this was our favorite sandwich, so so good, get it! The sweet potato fries are great!Overall decent, but I wouldn't go out of your way to come here.

Absolutely amazing, the best food I've had in a very long time. Service is absolutely amazing as well! Highly recommend!
