Happy employees. REALLY good Pho. You should try everything on their menu. Seems like they are underrated and could use more business.

Sorry to say, but this place needs some work. The second pho place in the immediate neighborhood, this is a distant second. Went in for a lunch, and the staff seem to be very confused. I don't know if people were just arriving for their shifts, but the servers seemed a little bit discombobulated. And, the kitchen seem to be just waking up. A bowl of pho should only take a few minutes because the broth is ready to go, but ours took 15 minutes. And, there was only one other table in the restaurant. The broth is passable, but the "other place" in the neighborhood is far better. Unless I hear that this place has made improvements, I can't imagine that we would go back.

Really wanted to like this place. First visit was great, as the general manager was there. Food was wonderful. Second visit? Had to wait almost an hour for our entrees. Looked like cooks were still learning as I saw them in the back with cheat sheets.Third time we ordered online. My husband went to pick up the food and THEY WERE CLOSED. No note on the door or anything. And he drove there during business hours. Sign said OPEN.. Called. No answer. Went on website. No response. Finally someone contacted my husband and gave a refund. But seriously. What happened? Don't take online orders of you're closed. Critical thinking is not important, I suppose. Won't be back. General manager needs to come back there pronto.

The new ownership, food, and overall experience just doesn't live up to the old restaurant they bought out.

Yummm I feel lucky to live nearby here and can't believe that 2 days ago was my first time trying this place! I ordered shortly before close but my husband was able to pick up before they closed! I got a stir fry tofu sandwich and and tofu veggie pho cause I couldn't decide which one I wanted! They were both really good. The pho was light and the sandwich was flavorful, they tasted great together! The pho would've been good with a little extra tofu but otherwise great! Would order from here again!

I don't like giving not great reviews since these are people trying to run an honest (hopefully) business. First time trying this out and I wouldn't come back but perhaps this could be a place you would like. There were a lot of people inside and the server was very receptive and helpful. The garlic chicken butter batter/breading was lightly/perfectly crispy and the chicken was juicy. The flavor was too salty. The shredded veggies would've benefited from a light sauce like acidic or sesame but I fear that would make the dish itself too flavorful. I got the #1 PT Pho. The broth was sweet which made it hard to appreciate the underlying meatiness/beef. The chicken and beef were super dry so there was a lot left over that I took home for my dogs. Shrimp was cooked nicely. Lastly, the bean sprouts were discolored like they were refrigerated and frozen. Otherwise, veggies were fresh.

Not a place that I usually would have checked out but a colleague said, "It's pretty good." And it was! Non-descript location in the Costco strip mall. Usually, I go to Upper Crust Pizza but they don't serve alcohol at weekday lunch. Sadly, PT Pho Express doesn't have a liquor license but what they do have is approachable Vietnamese food. The spicy chicken wings (bone-in) are excellent! A generous serving of six wings. And they were spicy enough that I started sneezing a bit. The typical beef noodle soups and pho are all on offer. We also got the Teriyaki chicken bowl which was too much on the sweet side. A bit disappointing. On a Friday lunch, they were busy but the sole server kept things under control. No one waited very long. Not a remarkable dining experience, but a decent choice when you crave something different.

Well, we made plans with a friend to have dinner at Viet Kitchen. Just to find out Viet Kitchen is gone and there is a PT Pho Express there now. Not a good start.Once in there, we found out they do not offer our favorite dishes. Mine is the Pho with tripe and tendon, plus other proteins. In other places is called Pho Dac Biet... I think here it was called Saigon something. Hers was a curry dish.OK.I am no Vietnamese food expert. We ordered a few items and all were OK.The service was very friendly and caring. What I remember we ordered:- Some rice dish (which was described as 'tasting fishy' but was not supposed to contain fish).- Chicken pho- Spicy noodles or something like that, not pho, with I guess wheat noodles- Spring rolls- Pork Egg rollsPluses were:- Booths- Friendly service- Offering to replace a dish that did not meet expectations (although the offer was declined).

Hmmmm...........Garlic butter chicken was tasty and crispy but too salty.... After one piece, we had to eat the side salad to balance out the saltiness. Bun bo hue was no bueno. The broth did not taste like it was cooked with enough bones and enough time.... There was the taste of shrimp paste and chili but pretty much it. Tastes like something i can whip up last minute at home. Chicken was overcooked.. dry and tasteless. The PT pho (steak, chicken and shrimp) broth tasted too sweet. Also not enough bone flavor, just overly sugared. Steak tasted dry. Shrimp was fresh though! Service was good. The owner was nice. Interior is somewhat remodeled. Unfortunately... we wont be back.

My friend was sick so I went there to get some pho. I believe pho helps heal colds & flus. I had never been there so I didn't know what to expect. This used to be Viet Kitchen, which was very good. I got a taste of the pho from a sample they provided.... and my world changed. It was sooo good. So good! I went from being there for my friend, to being there for me. I have been back a few times now. I crave it. It's my comfort food spot.
