Nice ambiance and great buffet breakfast and selection. Dinner was nice too and the service was excellent.

Had a very well made Philly Cheesesteak sandwich yesterday w/ a co-worker at The Pointe in Tyme Restaurant at The Tapatio Hilton Resort. Needless to say the food and staff were great. I will most definitely be back again.

We stayed at the resort and decided to walk over here for dinner. I should note their online menu for room service is different than the in location menu. It was beautiful inside. My husband and son enjoyed their meals. I got wings. The first two were good. I got to the third one and it was not cooked all the way. It was still pink in the middle. I stopped eating. The waitress never asked if everything was ok nor did I speak up about it. Not sure I would be going back if we ever stay here again to be honest.

I met a friend here for lunch one afternoon. The food was good, but nothing out of this world. Our server was great although he was by himself. I appreciate how hard he was working. It's pretty dark inside the restaurant, and definitely needs some remodeling.

Unplanned visit to this Hilton Resort as a result of Airline challenges and this place helped put the evening back together. 3 of us in the party, we were seated promptly and with their Full Bar available, I opted for a Bulleit and Coke. The potato dipper appetizer was amazing! The potatoes were crispy enough to hold up under the toppings, but still fluffy enough for that potato goodness. The queso had great flavor and the pork was tender. The plate was scraped on this one. LolThe burger... my goodness! I ordered medium well and it was so juicy and seasoned well. Very enjoyable. Service was great also. Glad I was able to end the evening on a high note.

It's a pretty good breakfast buffet with both hot and cold items, pancakes and omelets. We go here when we do a staycation. The service was excellent.

Strong 3; ordered the chopped ranch salad at it was really good. Salad was fresh. Added chicken and the chicken helped make it a fuller meal and it was tender but overall a bit salty. That being said I would order this salad again but hold on the chicken and ask for extra olives. Bartender was great, friendly and short staffed but she was crushing it. Would go back if staying at the Resort again.

Spent a night at the resort and ate here 3 times. Twice for breakfast and once for dinner. For breakfast it is buffet only. There is a crabby hostess who takes your money as you enter. We thought this was so odd. Then you seat yourself but you aren't allowed to sit in the room where the buffet happens. We were very curious about why not, but never figured it out. We sat for about 10 min as we were waiting for our daughter, but no one greeted us nor came for a drink/coffee order. Finally I asked the couple at a table near us who explained it's ALL self serve. They have plastic cups and water pitchers here and there. There was a coffee pot. All were located by paper/plastic cups. I wanted a Diet Coke, so I had to ask the woman making omelets for help. She directed me to the bar! Anyway, once we got all of that established we went to get food. I want to say--the food was great! Way better than we thought!! There is an omelet station, oatmeal with fixings, scrambled eggs with or without cheese, French toast sticks, chicken and pork sausages, bacon, fruit , berries, yogurt with toppings...pretty basic, but we enjoyed it.For dinner you seat yourself as well, but there are servers and a menu. I didn't have high hopes as it was 6 on a Saturday night with only one other party besides us! A few more parties came in after us. We had the potato thing with pulled pork- loved it. My daughter had the burger and I had the shrimp with pasta. It came fast and PIPING HOT. We LOVED all our food! The server was great. All in all- way better than these reviews seem to say. Not the fanciest or gourmet, but it's all solid and in a lovely setting.

Located inside the Hilton resort, PIT was open for brunch and so we tried it.Breakfast was served buffet style, and it was hands down the best buffet style breakfast I have ever had.We went back to try it again and we were not disappointed. They had egg bake, potatoes, bacon, French toast sticks, yogurt and toppings (fruit and granola), and oatmeal with toppings. This may sound pretty basic, but the food was very, very good. If you're on the fence, go ahead and give it a try : )

Don't. Just don't. Visited on a recent evening after seeing that they have outdoor seating. It was a beautiful night we wanted to sit outside. Mistake number one, sitting on the patio. Furniture is old, clapped out and uncomfortable. But, it was a beautiful night so we sat there anyway. Mistake number two, the calamari. Menu says lightly breaded. Only if lightly means completely coated and battered like an onion ring, soft and greasy. This almost certainly came out of a frozen bag. What you see in the pictures posted by other diners is NOT what they are currently serving the pictures are of mixed rings and squid, which look way more appetizing than what we got. Mistake number three, chopped romaine salad. It's supposed to have about eight ingredients. It was missing at least the advertised bacon, tomatoes and cucumbers. I think there was one green bean cut into seven pieces that were about half an inch long. There were, however, at least two finally chopped olives. In the whole salad. Basically, a bowl of chopped romaine with dressing. Mistake number three, potato dippers. These are soft french fries with some cheese sauce and a small amount of pulled pork. Menu says it comes with pico de gallo, but they skipped adding that as well. Mistake number four, the tiny pork chop. Shoe leather tough and completely dry. Served with squash and brussels sprouts, which were OK.Mistake number five, shrimp and radicchio pasta. They did have a bunch of shrimp in it. I'll give them that. The tomato sauce they poured on the overcooked pasta was not "creamy" in any way contrary to the menu description. Burger and fries were OK.Service was friendly and competent but food pacing is ridiculously slow. It took a little over 30 minutes for the calamari and other apps to come out. We were hungry and it was late, so we toughed it out, ate our dinner and laughed about how terrible it was. The other option would've been to send nearly every single thing we got back. I'd still be sitting there waiting if that was the case given how long it took.If you're staying at this resort, get in your rental car, or call an Uber, and go almost anywhere else. I have the feeling the food is largely prepared by teenagers using microwaves. Decent pour on the cocktails. They got that right. However, if you sit on the patio, you will get soft drinks in a plastic cup. This experience was just over $200 for three people all in with tip.
