Playmakers Sports Bar and Grill

Great little sports bar. Good food. Good drinks. Great atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.

We were staying at the attached Best Western and stopped in for a beer and some appetizers. When we checked into the hotel on Friday night we had heard they were having karaoke and we were hoping for the same on Saturday, but no such luck.The space is actually very spacious, nicely appointed and bright. There are plenty of tv's to watch sports and even a separate area an open room of sorts with couches and tv's. It's seems like a good space in general for a large group.There were a handful of people when we went. Some were seated around the square bar, while the rest were in a group around tables.We were able to watch the Lakers game and there was hockey on a different tv. The music for the night was hit or miss. I don't know if the bartenders were making choices or patrons but in general the music seemed confused as to what the genre was. It's like the bar is trying to find its identity.The stars here was the wait staff and the appetizers. Vodka choices were limited for one in our party who eventually settled for a cranberry and vodka. The Coronas we had were ice cold. The lime accompaniment was dry though. The female bartender was friendly.Our male server was top notch but I didn't get his name. We ordered fried zucchini and lemon pepper wings. The zucchini was perfectly seasoned, hot and not greasy. The lemon pepper wings were marinated in real lemon juice, not just lemon pepper rub. Easily could have eaten more than what we ordered. The prices are reasonable for the portion of food that you get.I think I overheard that they just recently opened. There are a ton of chains to eat at just a stones throw away from here but this is a great spot for some excellent bar food and ambiance.

We stopped in here after a long road trip for a few drinks. It's a very clean and inviting place with a pool table and jukebox box. There was an issue with the beer tap and it took a very long time to get it sorted. The bartender was super friendly but way too slow which made everyone have to wait even longer.

We went here to watch a Seahawks game and the service is sooo great! Incredibly friendly and helpful! They also have awesome food and a cute kids corner. Support this local, small business owner. They're fantastic!

Food, service amazing. It was our first time in and it was everything we wanted. Met the owner who was absolutely fantastic and funny: the bartender tended to our needs and the food wow! We highly recommend: will be back often.

Playmakers was a bit unexpected, it's a bit "hidden" in the Best Western (used to be Urban Corner). We thought we'd give it a try. For it being a bit of "dive-ish" bar attached to a not so great hotel it did not disappoint. We started with the mozzarella sticks and they were really good. We each ordered a BYO Burger and for it being more of a basic burger, it was actually really good. And good size too. The fries were good too. All the food was hot.My cosmo drinks were actually pretty good too.Overall really good food and service, we'll be back.

The wings had to have been the best wings I've ever had, full of flavor and perfectly crisp, cool atmosphere and the owner was very wholesome

Excellent place to hang out. I went with my buddies. Wings are phenomenal and the pizza I tried a slice was very good. Very clean sports bar. No smoking inside. Perfect! Parking is plenty outside! I'll b back!

Great clean sports bar. Friday night karaoke is so loud if your not involved it is ear piercing, not fun. Turn it down a little would be great besides that great place

We came here because we were staying at the Best Western next door. It was pretty dead since it was an hour and half till closing and was on a weekday. It had a really good vibe to it, a pretty simple place. They were gonna shut down the kitchen but they let me and my friends order just in time, the food was really good and it was packed to go since they were closing soon. The drinks were very dangerous in the sense that you couldn't taste the alcohol even though we saw her put a lot of alcohol in it. The bartender was Ericka and she treated us like if she knew us our entire life, it was my first time at the bar and she recommended us some drinks that we instantly loved. I would recommend to try the food and drinks and hangout out here.
