Pinnacle Grille

Took the fam for dinner early on a weeknight and to our surprise the place was already pretty packed. The staff was great and so sweet to my toddler. The food was great. Patio was lovely and the heaters kept us from getting a chill. Only 4 stars because we ordered take out yesterday and the food quality for my meal wasn't there (the other meals were good, it was only one dish). I definitely don't think they would have served it if we were there in person. Will give them another try sometime and hope it was a fluke we had one bad dish.

I work down the road, so this is our go-to spot for lunch. Everyone loves the fries, whether the steak fries, skinny fries, truffle fries, or sweet potato fries. I've never had a bad burger or sandwich. My favorites are the Bleu cheese burger, club sandwich, and Pinnacle chicken as a wrap. The club is loaded with meat and very tasty aioli. Dawn, the manager, has been there a while and keeps everything running. We've held a few work events on the patio and they have always been accommodating. We frequent this restaurant often but on a carry out basis. The food has always been good. We are trying different items on the menu each time. The pricing is fair. We will try to eat at the restaurant next time.

We've been here a couple times now. The first time we joined a group of around 20 people and mostly had appetizers and drinks. The appetizers were quite good, and the drink selection was more than adequate. More recently we came here for dinner, and the experience was pretty average. Our server was not the most attentive, only checked on us once after getting our order, and we had to flag down one of the bussers to get a drink refill. The food was ok. I had the french dip and it was so-so, not terrible, just not great. My wife had the steak and frites. The frites were very good, but the steak was nothing to write home about. We might go back, but may stick to happy hour appetizers from now on.

I wanna give it a one. But I guess it technically could get worse... Pretty much worst restaurant food u can get I'm sorry. But I'll still keep coming here forever you guys :) I love ya pinnacle grille! Cuz you're close and convenient and I know what I'm signing myself up for every time. Not your fault. It's my own. Go support them!!! I want them to do well. Worth a try to see how bad it is. Haha

The wine was good, and nice selection of beer. The chips and salsa with guac is possibly the worst ever. Some chips were stale, none were warm. The salsa was like water, and the guac had no flavor. The sliders were ok, but overcooked some. The fish taco was pretty good. The salmon entree was good, with the cheesy rice. The blueberry martini came in a mai tai type glass filled with ice and a straw. Had to ask for it in a martini glass, and then sent it back as it wasn't drinkable.

I had lunch today with 3 friends and we all enjoyed the livers and onions entree. It was a veal liver and the sauce is just delicious. I've been told by many that they have the best livers and onions and it is so very true. I love livers and onions and this is one of the top best. The staff was awesome, too and they were very attentive and efficient. I will come back for more and try the other dishes. Definitely THE place for the awesome delicious Livers and Onions here.

My son and I went here for the first time today. The food and service was amazing. Everything we ordered was fresh and very tasty the place was very clean and had good ambiance. ..........thank you for am amazing lunch experience

Our favorite local place to eat. We always have great food and wonderful service. We usually go there once a week for a late lunch and always take our out of town guests there for dinner.

Pinnacle Grille is 0/5 on take out orders. All for fairly large orders. Why do we keep coming back? We hope it's better since dining in usually is not so bad. Forgetting fries always, special requests, allergies, gluten free, horrible looking food, and so on. Every time we order there is a MAJOR mess up. 2 times we told the staff of the mistake and they say the food is on them next time we visit. BOTH TIMES they told us they will not fulfill word of mouth. We order from Estancia so the location is convenient, but we DO NOT RECOMMEND take out orders here.
