Always drive by it never had the chance to stop well today was the day today I did it I stopped walked in realized it was a patio instead of a walk-in restaurant so I could've gone through the drive-through that would've worked just the same but it was nice to sit on the patio the area seemed clean the restroom was very clean staff seem friendly enough they seem like they are food cost savvy checking receipts for tartar sauce and such I overheard another customer good employees so whoever owns that franchises got some good workers there food came out hot and by the time that I could go to the restroom wash up and get out the food was basically ready it was good there's a sign on the wall that says small shrimp I thought to myself I hope the shrimp aren't smallThey were kind of small lots of batter batter was good though fish was all right the sauce was legit tartar sauce wasn't worth $.80 so good experience overall

Well what can I say? It's a cash business and bring cash. It must have something people love to be in the business for so long. But like others have mentioned I think it looks like what came out of a box, I'm not seeing the attraction. We shared a combo 2 which had enough for both of us. The sauce is the only thing that makes it edible otherwise I'm not sure there is any flavor at all.I never like to hurt businesses but I'm not impressed.

I know Pete's is like an institution here and all but seriously?!? Y'all know these are just frozen fish patties? They're not even trying to pretend these are 'fresh'. I went and got an order of the 4 piece fish & chips and shrimp & chips. First the way they fold to seal the bag, just makes the fries soggy so there's that. Secondly, the "shrimp" were horrible! The breading wasn't even good and there's just shrimp pieces, not even whole shrimp in there. Terrible! The fish are just square pattie's that you can buy out of the frozen freezer section at Walmart. BUUUTTT I will say, the sauce saved the fish. Damn, that sauce is really good! The sauce is prolly what makes this even edible to begin with! I went through the drive thru and had a few cars ahead of me. It went fairly quickly. Being my first time, when I was handed the bag, I asked to make sure there was two meals in there cause I wasn't sure how it was packaged inside. Girl was a bit rude about it, sorry for just making sure I had what I ordered! Overall, terrible terrible "fish". Soggy unseasoned fries. I can't see any reason why I would come back. On the off chance I do, definitely getting more sauce so the fish would be edible.

Always gone through the drive thur and this place is CASH ONLY. I have been a few times and no issues with my orders. I love the fish (2) & chips combo but I was surprised that their chicken tenders combo was freaking awesome too. They only offer once type of sauce, Pete's sauce. The drive thru is always packed, so be prepare to sit for a little.

Always a staple restaurant great food. My eyes are always bigger than my stomach. Bring cash they don't do card. Price is good and it's a place my whole family enjoys drive thru is crazy busy but we like sitting out front many benches and chairs. Though the bathrooms were locked and it was only 7 pm but all good just go before u come or hit up QT down the street

I always order the shrimp and chips along with an extra 8 oz cup of the sauce. Honest, you can never have too much of their sauce. The drive thru was pretty fast even though there was a long line. I commend the staff for doing a quick and efficient job! Definitely give this place a try if you haven't already!

I love this location! They have plenty of seating compared to other locations and their bathrooms are actually open to the public and they're clean as well! There's also plenty of parking in their lot and in the area. Now to the food! Their food tastes just like their other locations and it's good! Our kids love their corn dogs and we're big fans of their chicken tenders and fish. Their sauce is also really good. My husband really likes their horchatas and we have one of their refillable cups so it's makes it cheaper to get drinks. The staff is super friendly and quick to make their orders. Drive thru could take some time but they definitely move faster then their other locations. Random but from time you may catch a glimpse of the cat that hangs around and my kids love seeing it! It keeps its distance unless you feel it!

Let's keep it real, most people go to Pete's out of nostalgia. The food is good, not great but it is iconic, at least for anyone that grew up in the Phx metro area. I mean EVERYONE has heard of Pete's. When I sat down to write this review my wife even said "really babe, you think Yelp really needs your review on Pete's". Fun fact I learned tonight: Pete's uses sustainable wild caught Pollock.

Yall this place is known for messing up your order! Always check your bag before leaving! They always forget something in my order! Today was my monster burger! Wtf people. How hard is your job?

Pete's is a staple. This location has programmed my taste buds since 1991, back when there was not a lot on the menu. The population was a lot lower, and the food was prepped and cared for in a manner that we lack there of this day in age. I felt as if there was subtle nuance to Tolleson's charm. Seaside experience in the blistering heat. Pete's set the tone in Tolleson for decades. Whether it's after church, after school, after the dance, after the game, try it first and then find out if you had Pete's fish and chips. Pete's.. the good, the baddie, &the fugly. On breh and them, Better than Glendale's. Fax machine.
