My Louisiana

Was stuck between the jambalaya and the shrimp basket- they recommended the shrimp basket. It was amazing! They were super friendly and top of it. The batter had great seasoning, and so did the fries! Man, it was a win-win for the basket. Will definitely be coming back if they're around!

I would recommend their catfish. It was flaky and not at all oily. I also ordered the Jambalaya and red bean and rice but wouldn't recommend either. They were not flavorful and came barely with any of the meat and sausage.

The shrimp Po Boy was spot on and the fries were seasoned perfectly!! Definitely a food truck worth sneaking out or booking for an event!

Absolutely the best dish I've had in many months. I'm talking about the Crawfish Cornbread. A stunning treat in your mouth. That is if you love lots of tasty crawfish, mixed with just enough spice and heat to meld all the joy it has with cornbread. Though I'm not a cornbread fan and avoid it because it's usually dry. But this is moist like a lovely dense cake with chunks of crawfish. The jambalaya was very nice. I can't wait till I see them again. I'm really want to try their catfish.

Had an amazing experience with My Louisiana at the Queen Creek Feastivals on Friday night. Wife and myself had already had something to eat. However we keep on hearing about this amazing bread pudding from My Louisiana. So, we ended up ordering their bourbon bread pudding and the cinnamon fireball bread pudding. They were both amazing! This gave me a chance to look at their menu, and there is no doubt that next time I'm ordering the Jambalaya. It looked amazing, and it smelled amazing. Next time we see them, that's going to be my first order.

This food truck came to my job today and I really wanted some fish..Yall I should've known it was going to be good. They showed up late and sold me and my coworkers uncooked fried catfish...I was mad as fire They had me waiting for this fish platter to get 1/2 cooked catfish...They better be lucky I had a family emergency.. but 15.15 down the drain I had to toss the 1/2 cooked platter away...Please fire the cook....

I had the best shrimp po boy again tonight from My Louisiana. Also tried the crayfish cornbread- very tasty, and the melt in my mouth bread pudding. You can't go wrong with this food truck. Excellent customer service once again. Thank you and keep it up!!

Worst service ever. We stood in line over an hour for our food than was told they ran out of red beans and rice so they gave us a refund we asked how long was it going to be for our other food, which was sitting on the counter, they gave us the food we walked away only to find out there was no fish in the container with the fries we walked back told them there was no fish and we want a refund it took 3 people to tell us they were getting our money and for us to calm down, they weren't apologetic about the inconvenience. It took then 10 minutes to give us our $14 refund and the cash drawer was right in front of them the entire time. This was the worst service ever and needless to say they are black owned.

I would like to preface this review by saying Rashard/Rashad was very polite and respectful while the truck was busy and 30-ish minutes away from closing. But for $14.50 I had high expectations. & sadly the most exciting thing about this meal was the french fries... I got 6 incredibly small pieces of catfish. (My co worker who ordered just before me, got 3 BIG pieces and several small pieces like mine...) I put them all side by side after this & it was basically 1 piece of catfish. I placed an order online 15 minutes BEFORE my co-worker did in the physical line (I was charged immediately after it was placed), just to be told they didn't check the phones for online orders because their line was super busy... but "they heard it going off" ..and my order wasn't approved yet or started cooking. So I waited 20 MORE minutes. Not sure if it's cause my fish pieces were too thin but the fries had more flavor. /: It came with no sauce or napkins and in a giant paper bag. There were also multiple people who had been waiting when I got there and came back while I was still waiting because

This food was nasty. The jambalaya looked like some fried rice. China ink fried rice better than this. Cajun fries over cooked chicken too dry. Very disappointing for the price they should've gave this to us for free!
