Millstone Cafe

Stopped here this morning on our way back to California. We had the breakfast platter with scrambled eggs, sausage, toast and potatoes. Hubby got the pancakes. Our order came out within 10 minutes. The food was good, but nothing special. The pancakes had a nice flavor. The place is cute and had Christmas music playing. You pay at the register when you finish eating.

We did not eat here! Because the service is non existent. First of all it is a very small restaurant. You can be put on a "wait list". What a joke. The "person at the counter said, "we don't go by that". We were told to pick a seat. We sat down. As we sat, no service or server. We noticed no one had food, a couple had water, maybe coffee. There are maybe 6 small tables in back and 6 tables for two in front. All I can say, this restaurant must cater to the people that live in old Buckeye. So, if you have lots of time on your hands and not to hungry, try it. Otherwise pick a place that actually acknowledges you with utensils, water and maybe coffee.

Stop in and check them out! My go to is the chicken salad. Everything is always fresh and they're crazy efficient.

Millstone cafe has been a staple in buckeye since I was a child. Their cinnamon rolls are just as good as they were 10 years ago while I studied there after school. I get the peanut butter coffee every Monday, and it is so satisfying. Thank you!

Tasty breakfast. Excellent service. The house made salsa is an excellent blend of smokiness and spice.

Cute little lunch and breakfast place. Not many tables but the food is nice and comforting with good flavors. The bacon I had on my BLT was delicious and the lettuce was fresh. There's also a cute little book section in the small cafe.

A cozy little cafe in the heart of downtown Buckeye. Great food and coffee. The cafe serves breakfast and light lunch such as sandwiches. My favorite is the chicken cashew sandwich it comes with chips and a pickle. Also, I go for their caramel macchiato iced coffee; it's very strong with a strong flavor of the expresso. I like dining here to support local businesses.

This place was awesome. I just got the biscuits and gravy and some coffee; they were great. Thankfully they open early and inside is a clean, cozy setting. Saw recently it's up for sale so that is sad
