I just picked up a door dash order here, and I can smell the food in my trunk, I can just tell it's a good place. I haven't eaten here yet, but, just being in there I'm gonna have to check it out. Every time I stop at a light and go again, I can smell just these wonderful spice combos from the trunk. I feel you can tell when the place is authentic from the smell. This is a good one, I can't wait to come try for myself. They ordered butter chx, tandoori, and korma and naan, so I'm not sure what is the dish that smells this heavenly!

Wow! The food was amazing, some of the best Indian food I've ever had! The samosas were amazing, definitely add the choley, SO much flavor. I could have those for as lunch on there own.The naan was absolutely the best I've had, pulled apart so nicely. Wasn't like warmed pita that most is as they make it in the back the right way!I wanted something new and he pointed me to vindaloo with lamb. It came out too spicy for me (6 out of 10) and even though I knew that was the level he could tell and made a new one at a 3! Great food and service. It's mostly a to go place but still had a few tables for people to eat. I thought the servings were a little on the small side, especially the rice but with the samosas I left stuffed with leftovers.

Out of this world! By far, the best Indian food in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. In a little shopping center on Bell, Maya can easily be missed. Don't! A cozy, small restaurant with a big taste, we went with Indian friends who know their food. They ordered for us, and the food was incredibly authentic and flavorful. With a spice scale of up to 10, we ordered 7.5 which was perfect. The 3 different Naan flavors were great especially when dipped in all of the sauces. Simply delicious.

This is a small - 6 tables - family owned restaurant . The son took our orders and he was very nice. Told us his family is from Nepal. The food arrived quickly. There were 4 of us and we ordered different meals. Everything was delicious. My Chana masala was the best I've had . We will def be returning to Maya's!

I love Indian food so i was so excited to try this place out and I am SOOO happy I did because the food was amazing. The service was also great. Really helped guide us through the menu and made adjustments as requested. But the food. Every single dish was delicious. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and entrees and every single one was so well seasoned and delicious. Every single meat was soo tender. I can't get over how great this place was. I will be back.

So since this our first experience w Indian food it is hard to review. Plus it was an Uber delivery. The food was hot @ we live far !! Tandori chicken was very good. Rice was very good. Lamb Korma hubbie did not love. The mint sauce was good. The appetizer dumplings were too spicy for us. The chili naan too spicy. Garlic Nan very good. I feel if you are a fan of Indian food you would like this restaurant. Everything tasted very fresh.

Ok we drove a distance to get to this place. First the neighborhood is pretty bad. We asked for a booster seat but there was only a lone high chair The restaurant is in an older shabby strip mall. It's very tiny, like a take out place with maybe 4 small tables. A guy at the counter. It smelled weird. We looked around and decided to leave without eating. Trusting my instincts I can't recommend this place. . Food might be good but in my situation with a 2 year old and a 5 year old I needed a more suitable dining environment .

So I know this isn't fair, but eating curry with my hands isn't fair either when the ubereats ap specifically asked if I needed a fork and I checked the yes box. That being said, this is by FAR the best Indian food I've had in the valley. The flavors were rich, the spice level perfect, and temperature just right. The chicken vindaloo was sensational. The chana masala was just right. The naan was scrumptious. Mayas kitchen is my new go-to place for Indian food cravings. All I ask for is a fork, and my rating immediately goes to 5 star. We'll see next time I order. 1 plastic fork = 1 extra star. Highly recommend this place! #1
