Awesome dive bar! Came here for Fish Fry Friday with some friends and we were not disappointed!! First, the staff is amazing and so friendly and kind. Our waitress came to our table quickly and took our drink order. The drinks were strong and tasty! Good beer selection as well as liquor selection. As for the food - DANG WAS THE FISH GOOD! My husband and I split the fried cat fish then immediately ordered another portion Cajun style. So much flavor. Not greasy at all, and delicious fries on the side! Really great vibe all around and definitely worth a try in you're in the area.

A week ago, it was my family's first time visiting the bar in the neighborhood and felt hopeful that things would be great with a sign saying "new management". Well, it was disappointing. Wanted a cold beer and bar food. Beer was "cool", not cold. Food was "cool", not hot - even after waiting 30 minutes for it to be served (they were NOT busy). Catfish for Fish Friday looked seasoned when it was on the plate, but it was greasy and flavorless -- looked seasoned from old grease. Fried mushrooms were soggy and lukewarm. Fried pickles were cold. Slimy wings coated in buffalo sauce were cold. Chicken & cheese quesadilla took the longest, even though it was first ordered before all other items - and was also cool with hardened cheese. Lemonade tasted like water with a lemon squeezed in to it. Server advised she was new, but she was very slow with getting to the 4 tables that had people sitting at them, and worried about people sitting at the bar. Needless to say for the price we paid, extremely disappointed.

Not sure about the new management thing. The kitchen was open, but the mozzarella sticks caused me issues shortly after returning home. Old bartenders seemed to be dismissed, but I'm not there that often. Too bad, the old customers can't be replaced.

The bartenders are super helpful and always on top of getting your refills. The karaoke depending on the night is spotty. Rotation isn't a thing. Expect to put 6 songs in as soon as you get there, spend 2 hours and sing 1 on a slower night. Tipping doesn't help. Don't waste your hard earned dollars on the male karaoke host

Had a blast here! Came here with my wife, enjoyed the karaoke and drinks, high energy crowd and friendly service. We'll be back!

So you have to take it for what it is and adjust your expectations. If you come at it expecting a restaurant service you'll not be happy, instead have the perspective that this is a neighborhood dive bar. Friendly staff and bartender, not the fastest but what do you expect. It's a dive bar. They chat with customers and regulars. That's just the vibe. So relax, have a drink, and get the Mac and cheese bite which is awesome. One star off for no paper towels...dive bar or not, your bathroom should be stocked.

Service is great, spend a lot of time there in the past... some of the new patrons are not... went there for a cocktail before the movies. We met with a friend and there was right away an incident where a guy tried to start a fight with me...

Kat is the only reason I come in! She is fun, friendly and makes a mean vodka soda. It's a lost art...customer service. Best. Hire. Ever.

I'm so glad Kat is here she has true customer service. ! The food is amazing! It's a amazing spot to chill after work and have a beer with friends. Don't forget about Karaoke on Thursday Friday and Saturday!

This was the WORST experience of my life. last night for Saint Patrick's day we went here with a party of nearly 20, including 3 kids. Prior to making reservations here multiple people from our party called to ensure this was a friendly place to go with our family to sing karaoke and eat. None of us had been here before and had no idea this would be a full blown dive bar. When we called we were told kids were welcome and they could stay until 11. Mind you we would have NEVER made reservations if we knew this place was in fact not going to be kid friendly. We spent hundreds of dollars between us all. ordered food which all came out cold. Half of us didn't even get the food we ordered because almost immediately after arriving we started to be discriminated against for having the children with us. We were told we were being watched on the cameras and basically that we were bad parents not watching our children.As well as they sent a gentleman to come watch us for the remainder of the night as well. Also, My 8 and 10 year old were playing darts, again because we were told it was kid friendly and didn't think it would be a problem. As well as my friends daughter was playimg around the tables that we sat at. After being treated so poorly I left my number to have the owner call me. when she called me she basically said we weren't watching our children. She complained about the THREE YEAR OLD crying because she had fallen and bumped her head by accident. As well as she said we weren't watching our kids because my 8 and 10 year old were 5 feet away from our tables playing darts. Apparently if you don't have your kids on a tight leash you aren't watching your children.(I knew exactly where they were and was in fact keeping a good eye on my children.) Long story short they lied about telling us it was an okay place to bring children and then as soon as we got there they harassed us and discriminated against us, no matter how much money we brought into the place. And mind you other than the darts my kids stayed at the table the entire night and the 3 year old stayed close to the tables or by her mom when she was singing karaoke. Also, there were some under aged kids (around 16-18) there who said they were regulars and that they wouldn't be made to leave at 11 like we were because "they knew the owner." I have never in my life been so humiliated And disrespected. We never would of brought children to this place if they were clear about the atmosphere and the fact they are NOT in fact child friendly. So I urge you all, especially if you have children. Do NOT come here. They will lie to you, take your money and then harass, discriminate and then kick you out with no remorse as to how they have treated their PAYING CUSTOMERS. Also, if you plan on eating here again, don't. All of our food was cold or we just didn't get it at all because they were so set on harassing us all night instead of taking care of us. NEVER AGAIN.
