Lotus International Market

The only store in the Phoenix area that stands upto Indian grocery and has majority of the items that an Indian household craves for.People may contest saying Asiana is also good, but for me that's nowhere close to Lotus Market.My only suggestion to Lotus would be to start stocking more varieties of items that other Indian grocery stores in the US have.

Very small compared to Asiana. But sometimes you get those typical indian items which is not there in other india grocery stores. Cosmetic, ethnical , vegetables and indian grains. Most of the products are highly priced compared to asiana but few items like fee vegetables are very cheap here.

Employee went beyond to help me find what I was looking for since I'm unfamiliar with some items. They have lots I'd like to try.

The best choice for Indian groceries in the valley. It's a one stop shop for all your Indian grocery requirements. It's a large store and there always is loads of stock of items. Veggies are fresh. We normally visit over the weekend, and the service is quick despite the crowd.My only complaint is that they don't have Cooking oil in smaller quantities. Only the huge cans of Canola and vegetable oil are available, that doesn't make sense to purchase for my small family of two! So I normally make a trip to Walmart or Target for that! Except for that one hitch, I'm a regular customer!

Por favor Anyways , we had a terrible experience with an employee there he's tall and pretty bossy to his customers. I came in at around 850 pm on a Saturday night , wasn't aware he closes at 9. Anyways , at other grocery markets or pharmacy stores (where there customers are always welcome) the manager or security doesn't tell you to hurry up. Wth? Anyways this individual decided to say HURRY UP you have 4 minutes lol I ignored , because once I was in the store , his word didn't matter . Best believe it didn't stop there . He was being so pushy around the store like if he had some romantic date to get to !!! Lol never have I felt like this as a customer !!!! Hey douche , next time In these circumstances be nice to your customers that help your store keep running , because this time you lost some loyal customers !! Toodles ~

Reasonable in price but service need to be improve..Otherwise all is good. Fresh product ever.

DONT BUY FOOD HERE. Iwent to the the lotus market and bought veg biryani at the restaurant. Immediately after getting the veg biryani I ate half of it and immediately started vomiting. I threw up all the biryani for hours afterwards. When I called the next day they ignored my questions, said that there's no manager to talk to. Dont get any food here unless you want to spend the rest of your day vomiting your brains out. I reported them to the Maricopa county department of public health.

Great new store with low price and high availability... less than half the distance of nearest Big Indian store...Good price and nice verity of food.

They have changed names to Urban Chili but still the old name here. They are selling expired products and nobody checks this. Vadilal coriander naan had fungus on it. There prices are also on the higher side for most things. Wish they would provide higher customer service as employee don't seem to have any motivation.

2 days before on the 15th of May 2020 my husband bought a broom from this shop. Its the worst broom in the whole world. It had particles on it and would leave that on the floor when you sweep. We washed the broom thinking the particles which look like sand would go away. It was of no help, it was still there and the we just lost the money and time.Store, please have responsibility and sell only good products.
