Meat is amazing! Chorizo is a must try. Service is great. I make the drive because the quality of meat, service and you could tell it's fresh. Plus you could ask for them to air seal it, and you could freeze all the meat you want.

Being originally from Los Angeles CA, this place meets my expectations. Great Ranchera. Great Tasajo. Great service. Joe the owner was great to talk to. Joe grew up near my wife and I neighborhood. Joe also let us in on the name he came up with for his meat market. La for Los Angeles, Calidad because he's from Cali and he's a father!
