After We moved in Chandler was so exciting the Ranch Market food court, but after we tried the Chinese food court 4 times the food was terrible , the fish fillet like add lots club soda make it's tender and taste like a piece fat meat and bitter and most food was deep fried , the beef with broccoli, flavor was good but the beef taste like fish too

5-26 updating review after second try. +1 still as they are still figuring things out with soft opening. I went back the second day to get the popular Chinese bbq. I got a mix of char siu and duck. The char siu, large portion of rice, and veggies on the side was great. The duck however was... Well hard for me to properly review as all I got were bone and neck pieces. Flavor and skin were definitely there and fatty. I'll try again another day but is quite expensive if all I'm getting are bones to gnaw on. ---Quick counter serve Chinese food ranging from dim sum to bbq roast pork/duck and char siu.We had the noodles/rice with pork spare ribs, eggplant, and fish. We also got a side of har gow. In total it was about 15 bucks and was a lot of food for 2 people.Will definitely order from again. Be prepared to point and order if you don't know much Chinese like me.

Better than expected! It's part of 99 ranch's food court. But the supermarket is new and doesn't have that much people which improved the eating experience. The 油條 (Chinese donut) weren't that great, not fluffy enough and more like a bread stick. 豆漿(Soy milk) were pretty good. 糯米雞 (sticky rice chicken) was decent and 鹹水角 was good. It was inexpensive and a much better experience than going to a local dim sum restaurant where you have to fight traffic and get also mediocre dim sum.

Checked out Hot Deli today at the soft opening at 99 Ranch Market! Wide variety of Chinese BBQ. Half orders of Chicken/duck are $13.99 and $24.99 for full order! They also have combo rice plates to choose from too! The food was tasty and we forgot to take pics before eating so you guys gotta go try it out yourselves sorry haha. The area is clean and sanitized so I really liked that.

Been here a couple times, tried their dim sum and roasted duck, not bad at all. Reasonable price, great customer service as well. Will be back again soon.

My husband picked some up for lunch and we weren't impressed.. defin sticking with Phoenix palace for dim sum

Been here a few times since 99 ranch opened. Love this Chinese bbq spot. They serve dim sum all day, I don't think it's the best but definitely great for a quick lunch. The star here is the bbq duck, roast pork And char siu for me. I think this duck is my favorite now in az. ADDICTINGLY GOOD! This restaurant is in a food court like environment, so I usually do take out. Do yourself a favor and try this spot!

Ok after going about 6 more times. The duck quality has gone down. It's extra fatty and chewy now. The dimsum is ok but not great. Overall it's nice to just have this close by to get duck. But the quality has gone down in a month.

My friend bought food many times here and food is quite good. Today I stopped by first time and they were closed, around 7:30pm. The guy who has curly hair, look like Idian(might wrong) was very rude when I asked him if still open or no, he yelled at me "we're closed" and got engry. Even I asked him very nicely, he was still so rude. Never stopped here anymore

Checked this place out a few times hoping things would get better but the service is poor and the meats are mediocre. We tried the roast pork and it was very fatty and the meat itself tasted bland. We also tried the roast duck another time and thought it was okay, better than the roast pork. But honestly the workers looked annoyed when taking our order and were rude to the customer in front of us when she kindly asked if there was sauce for the meats. Serving mediocre food with a terrible attitude, do not recommend.
